I don't normally write reviews, but I need to try and help others from one of the biggest mistakes I made. This company is a JOKE. Trying to get to anyone in customer care is like trying to pull a tooth with out novicain. I have to fight with them at least once a month trying to get the meds I need paid for, but god forbid you are a week late with your premium payment and they will deny coverage. Ask to speak to a supervisor and you either get put on hold for an hour till you hang up or get hung up on. Call to check on a prior authorization you either get the wrong information or you get a run around that the Dr. needs to do this or that or we don't think it in a necessity even though your trained medical professional says it is. All they want is you money not to care for the patient. They are a rip-off scam that managed to get in on the Affordable care act and anyone who is thinking about them because the rates are a little lower then others should run as fast and far away as they can. If I could give this company a -10 I would!

Before celticare I've always had at least decent insurance. These people are worse than I could have imagined. Everything single thing is a fight and I have to spend time on the phone fixing problems a couple times a month. Of course they make my physician jump through hoops as well. Organizations like this are the best argument I could make for single payer option.

They do not cover much. Customer service is the worst. If this is your only option for health ins4then you're better off planning your funeral.
They're the worst & the fact that they are still around baffles me.

Terrible, been hung up,multiple times trying to switch pcp's, that's after a 45min wait & now being told insurances all together. And the PCPs on their lists dont accept their insurance 🙄

Worst plan ever!!!! In three months of this plan, they have not played for or approved one of my meds that I have been on for 5 years. Now I have to go to the hospital because I can't breath without my meds!!! Do Not get this plan, they don't care anything about you!!!!

I received an invite to join the network and when I called to talk there was no one available and no way for the call center to reach anyone. They gave me an email address.
Not the kind of organization I'm interested in being associated with.
