I've used Dan for printing for the last few years for all of my printing needs, and recommend him to all of my clients for their printing jobs. I had the run around with several other printing companies, but Dan is head and shoulders above the competition in his speed and pricing. There are no hidden fees, and he is up front about time concerns and every little detail. Can't speak well enough about ODDesigns!

Terrible, rude service. Dan told me my small order would be ready in a few days; over the next 4 weeks he did not respond to my calls asking for an update; he did pick up the phone while I was cancelling the order, told me it had been ready for 10 days. Why not call and let me know? Made what would have been a joyful event (a gift) stressful.
