The UPS Store

Returning a product back to Amazon was painless! I probably wasn't in there more than a minute tops! The staff member "JC" at the UPS Store in Viera took great care of me and got me in and out of there waaaaay faster than I thought possible! Thanks for making this easy!

This is my favorite UPS store - I drive a further distance just to go to this store over others because the employees are very nice, you never have to wait very long, and there is a dedicated spot in front just for UPS store customers. I think this location is doing a great job!

As soon as I walked in the store all of the employees greeted me. One that was behind the counter, the one that was leaving and the two that were moving boxes to the back of the store. The employee behind the counter offered to help me package my box for me. Amazing customer service!!!

Cherie at the Melbourne store was great! She was working alone and had a tone of customers come in AND she was still answering the phone! Great customer service

Emma helped me ABOVE AND BEYOND today. I had to return a large item and the return was to FedEx. She packaged up my box and even drove me over to the FedEx store (because the box would not fit in my car), so I could send it. Wonderful experience just a few days ago. I was shipping a heavy package that needed to be packed. Bhavin was extremely helpful!! In addition to not only assisting me with finding the proper sized box to save $$, he also packaged the automotive equipment for me at no additional charge! This easily took 10-15 minutes, and he was helpful and find in every way. Thumbs up to Bhavin, and the entire UPS store. You won't go wrong by brining your business here!

The store manager, Bhavin is so helpful, professional and patient. He helped me send large framed pictures to Canada that had to be carefully wrapped and boxed. It was a very busy time as he also had a lot of other customers. He took care of everyone with kindness and respect. This is the UPS store you want to go to!!

I woke up this morning to a phonecall from a friend requesting that I send an item out. They needed it ASAP!!

I am so glad I decided to try this new UPS Store location. I had about 30 pieces of framed art/certificates, books and odds and ends to send to my daughter in Kansas City and was quite dreading the whole chore. They couldn't have been more helpful - came to the house to pick everything up and did the packing and shipping. The price was more than fair considering everything they had to do and I was shocked to learn the shipment would take less than a week to arrive besides. You have a customer for life - thanks so very much!!!

I am very pleased with the store in Citadel, they are very friendly.
