The Mill Steak and Spirits

We had a great dinner. The four of us had shrimp skewers as the starter, a couple prime rib dinners, the prime rib dip dinner and a 16 Oz ribeye dinner.

Food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. It was $200 before tip and worth it for our occasion.

This is another Classic Steak house!!! I am Carnivore and this meets all of my Meat 🥩 expectations!!! Yummm. And a great atmosphere in both the bar and the restaurant…we stopped in on after a GREAT day of skiing at Tamarack on the Indy Ski Pass. We didn’t have a reservation so sat in the bar by the fire. Lovely.

We come to The Mill every few years when we vacation in McCall. We were a little hesitant this year because of some recent negative reviews but decided to stay with tradition and are happy we did. The service was exceptional and every staff member helpful and friendly. Some of our order included chicken wings, calamari, steak medallions and rib eye steak. Everything was great and our steaks were perfectly prepared exactly as ordered. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment.

Made a late evening stop at The Mill with the family Sunday night and I will say it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was quiet and warm like always. Our server Crystal was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great and at a descent price. I really am thankful that they were open on a Sunday evening.

My family and I stopped here when visiting Cascade. The food was delicious! Service was excellent! Char, our waitress was super friendly, kind, and helpful! Definitely a must visit! Prime rib was superb! Melt in mouth food! Definitely be back!

Great ambiance, feels like a local hangout. Do not expect anything super fancy, it’s kind of 1980’s in terms of the presentation on the plate. However the food is good and the steaks are good quality and well cooked. Drinks are stiff and come out quick. Staff are super friendly and we enjoyed a relaxing evening. We recommend going ahead and having dinner in the bar area around the fireplace.

We came on a Saturday late evening and sat at the bar. I had prime rib and my wife had French dip and we split the clam chowder. The Fat fries, which are baked potato chunks that are deep fried were amazing along with the fry sauce. We had so much leftover food and it was packed with extra sauces which was awesome! In a nutshell, Food Very Good, Service & Atmosphere Fantastic! Group of us on a motorcycle trip stopped in McCall on a Wed August night. Walked over from our hotel and glad we did! The 3 ladies we saw were flying all over the place making sure everyone was taken care of. Sat at the bar a bit before we went to our table, great service and drinks. At dinner we had a variety of items and our waitress took very good care of us. Drinks, hot food, all great. We all enjoyed this place and would definitely stop in again if we're in the area.

Prime rib was cooked perfectly. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Service was amazing as well. Easily one of my favorite places I’ve visited so far.

Everything was fantastic! I'm impressed. We had a steak and it tasted great! I am definitely going to be coming back.

This place has been a favorite for over half my life time. Great food as always. Friendly and attentive staff. We had the king crab legs and prime rib and highly recommend both.

Went there Saturday night and it was packed. The food was delicious and our waitress was quite overwhelmed but very friendly! We shared the large prime rib and got the last piece for the evening. It was more done than I like however it still tasted delicious. Their Au Jus sauce was really good too.

I don’t know what the heck people are talking about on here. Food is fantastic. Service was great. I don’t know what dipping sauce you want with a steak, but if you need a dipping sauce, the steak is garbage. Will be back.

My husband and I went there for our anniversary recently. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and inviting. The staff is absolutely exceptional. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service. I had the Prime Rib and my husband had the Ribeye. We like our steaks prepared very rare and they did a wonderful job. The meal was delicious and overall experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend them, and we will most definitely return next time we're in McCall.

We made reservations for dinner after our wedding ceremony, between weather and car issues we arrived very late. We were graciously welcomed and had a great dinner with wine. Afterwards we went to the bar and were treated like royalty by the other guests. When a women inquired where we came from she announced to everyone that we had just married. On couple bought a round of drinks for everyone there. The musician started singing a number of romantic songs to us and then another customer paid for our dinner. The evening was truly a magical night and one we will never forget.
Thanks to all of you who helped in our celebration and we are headed back.

Went to McCall for 4th of July with friends. Decided to try The Mill for dinner. We were seated quickly and server met us at the table to take drink orders. Their food was amazing, service was amazing! Loved the whole experience! We will definitely recommend and go again next time we visit McCall.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Very fast service and good drinks. Food tasted great and was cooked perfect.

Such great food and love the fireplace to relax next to after dinner. Great live music!
