I was searching for the right car, mustang for me. I ended up finding one at this dealer. The right bells and whistles. Jeremy reeled me in, I flew out from Los Angeles to this dealer. James was really helpful. Probably one of the best dealer experiences I've ever had. James deserves all the recognition here as he made everything possible and made it feel more than just a dealer.

Will consider flying out to them for my next purchase.

I did end up driving back home with a PP2 mustang GT.

Bought a brand new Superduty and wow am I blown away by this truck. Brian Karsok was an amazing salesman and pleasure to work with, his knowledge of this truck was top notch, his communication and customer service was superb. Brandon the sales manager was fantastic, finance department was amazing. Over all an absolutely amazing experience. Could not be happier! Thanks Corwin Ford for an amazing experience!

Our salesman Max definitely gave us a 5 star experience. We have dealt with many Ford dealerships over the years and Max made this easy and painless from start to finish. He listened to our wants and needs and was confident in his ability to make it happen. Max and the whole Corwin team worked so well together and before we knew it we were driving away in our new Ford ST Explorer.

Travis and Andrew made dreams come true!! I bought the car over the phone and surprised my daughter with her new car. They played the role when we “stopped by to look.” Travis had the car ready with a big bow even! Top notch service and professionalism. We live 2 hours away and it was the best decision. My wife and I recently bought a Ranger Lariat from Jeremy and Leo at Corwin Ford. We had done a ton of research and finally decided on what model and options we wanted and lo and behold, a week later they had one on the lot. Jeremy called to tell me but we were already in the car headed his way. From the moment we walked on the lot to receiving the keys to our new truck, Leo and the whole staff were courteous and mindful of our time. Everything went as Jeremy said it would. Car buying experiences can be like roller coasters, you have ups and downs through out the process but that’s not what this review is about. I wanted to give a shout out to Eduardo in sales who got our family into our new 24’ Expedition Timberline. He was very versed in the car buying experience he never rushed us or put us out of a comfort zone in order to just close a deal. I feel he cared about us as people and he even followed up multiple times after our purchase to make sure we were extremely satisfied with the vehicle and services we received. He was always there if we had questions or needed anything. Thanks again!

Fantastic service at Corwin Ford. Jordan and Mike were an excellent team in sales. Honest. Funny. Low pressure. High service. Dana is great for accessories. Very knowledgeable and creative. Cory, the manager, was also great for recommendations and checking into why a special order Bronco was taking so long… then the whole team got us into a great option on the lot instead of waiting months and months for special order. Excellent experience overall.

Max is why I went through Corwin for my first new vehicle experience, as he was recommended for his service and honesty; and I could not be happier.
He patiently helped me navigate the overwhelming selection process to find exactly what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and either answered or found answers to all my questions. He genuinely wanted to make sure everything was right, vehicle and finance wise, for me.

Brandon Rose is amazing. He remberd me from 2 years prior, inquiring about a Bronco raptor, the color combo came in and he did not hesitate to call me! The atmosphere in the dealership was realy accommodating to me. Brandon in my opinion went above and beyond to get me in my new ride.

What a great experience at Corwin Ford! Previous car dealership experiences on the same street have been less than pleasant, so we were pretty guarded. We were a walk-in on a Sunday simply looking. This was our first time into Corwin. Dustin was such a pleasure to work with. A knowledgeable salesman that was NOT high pressure even knowing that we were only looking. What a refreshing change! Sometimes it feels like you're sitting in a car dealership for hours upon hours to complete the paperwork; not the case for us at Corwin. After Dustin finished his part, Jessica in finance was straight to the point, and had everything in order. Quickest time in a finance office we have ever had! She was amazing (and funny)! Then Dustin checked back in with us, and made sure that everything had been taken care of. Great customer service and my friend is extremely happy with her beautiful car that she gets to pick up in a few days.

Brian helped me immensely from long distance (I’m from Southern California) and was easy to work with to get this deal done. Definitely see him for any of your car sales needs. Happy I made the trip to get the unicorn car I was looking for.

Found a great deal, they met my financing needs with a payment where I needed it and supplied me with a great car that I wanted. Jeremy the big handsome man is absolutely incredible. With his charisma and charm, he guided my wife and I through the easiest process I've ever gone through when purchasing a vehicle. I invited him over for pancakes (Trish makes the best pancakes) and to drive around in my new Ford Raptor to help break it in, but he hasn't responded. Surely, he's busy using that charm to sell more vehicles to folks like me!! They really are great pancakes too. Hopefully he'll see this and remember "Oh yeah! That handsome fellow and his gorgeous wife Trish were so cool! Of course I'd be happy to go hang out with them and cruise around in that sweet new Ford Raptor!" And then he texts me and we eat pancakes and then leave Trish to drive off into the sunset together. Just Jeremy and I. Me and Jeremy. Best buds in a brand new Raptor. A Raptor we'll name... Jenny.

It was a great experience. First with Joe your new rep he was very nice and helpful. He provided great customer service and gathered as much information as he could for his fellow reps. Then following him was Robbie, he was super sweet and always kept a smile on his face! Amazing energy. Afterwards leading to Zack, he was funny and kind and knowledgeable on his Subaru experience. All three reps were very upbeat and helpful in all aspects. Zack helped me out with getting the payments at the same price I was already paying on an older Subaru with more miles and very high interest rates. It might not have been everything I wanted but it helped in those areas very much so! 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Wish the Subaru came with a tow package that I was looking for but it still was a steal. Their awesome hospitality and amazing energy they brought to the table is very well received.

My Husband and I just bought a truck from Corwin Ford and we love it. We never thought we would own a truck this nice but thanks to Chris Martin, he got us a good deal and made our experience a good one. I would definitely go back to them when it's my turn to get a new car. Chris will not disappoint and I give him 5 stars all the way around.

Alex our sales person was the always polite and professional, I took my wife to make this purchase and I can tell my wife will throw extra offers that they don’t even have “ a full tank of gas for a year “ that what she said , and Alex would just take it and explain in a professional manner , the bottom line of this is we purchase the Toyota Highlander and went home with it ! I bought a used 2022 4Runner from Corwin Ford in July, 2024. My salesman was Travis May. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. The 4Runner was offered for sale as part of Corwin Ford’s “Blue Certified Used Vehicle” program, which means such a vehicle must pass a 139 point inspection and is covered by certain limited warranties. The 4Runner was in very good shape except for some scrape damage on one of the fenders. Travis said he would be happy to have the scrape damage fixed “to look like brand new” free of charge if that was what was preventing me from wanting to buy the 4Runner. I agreed that, yes, if the scrape could be fixed like new I would very much like to buy the 4Runner. So Travis prepared a “We Owe” form that promised to have the damage fixed as part of the purchase deal. The damage was indeed fixed “like new” and I was very satisfied. Even though Corwin Ford had no legal obligation to do so, Dana from parts and accessories even went further by authorizing touch up paint for some very tiny little nicks on the front bumper that typically happen to all cars from driving on freeways. When I examined the second key fob, I noticed that it was missing the emergency metal key that inserts into the fob to use in case of a dead battery. I pointed out that having two complete keys was one of the “Blue Certified Used Vehicle” checklist items. Travis and his manager agreed that two complete keys were required according to the checklist and the dealership paid for a new metal key insert. I would say that overall I was treated very well by Travis and Dana and Travis’s manager Donnie and I am happy with my purchase experience. I would encourage other customers to be aware that a used vehicle at Corwin or any Ford dealership that is covered by the “Blue Certified Used Vehicle” program has certain beneficial protections that you should definitely become familiar with. If you don’t know what protections come with the vehicle you won’t be able to point out or utilize those protections.
