Went thur to have a issue fixed with my phone i was waited on immediately an they fixed the issue with my phone it was a simple fix but i did not know how to fix it myself

My boyfriend brought me into T-Mobile to purchase a phone for my birthday. We were assisted by Jamari , who had a pleasant, positive attitude, and was knowledgeable about our prospective purchase. We initially had some technical difficulties with adding the line , but Jamari was able to find and provide a solution. We were successful in adding a line and purchasing a new iPhone 14. Couldn’t have had a better experience, thanks to our sales rep.

My mother had a very stressful issue with a phone, and Giovanni and another coworker I wasn’t able to get the name of were extremely kind and helpful, and they really made our day better. An exemplary display of customer care.

Awesome people and they helped me and my wife out a lot. After switching from Verizon a year ago, I have not had worse service like Verizon tries to claim. It's not 2004 anymore.
I travel for a living so I think I would know. Great place because this place helped us get our plans figured out after Best Buy screwed them up. I will go here from now on.

Customer service is always amazing. Greatly appreciate the time they spent with us. Even added a 3rd line!

My father bought his 1st cell phone from Best Buy yesterday.
My father is a very practical man and the only reason he was buying a cell phone is because his wife passed away the night before So he was trying to contact everyone
Best Buy threw him into AJ7 and when he started calling people no one would answer because it said a name that wasn't his.
I called to check on him in the morning and I asked him if he knew of this name that was calling me from that area code and I said yes unfortunately that's me because somehow my account isn't in my name.
He was going to switch to Verizon because I'm on Verizon but I said hold on and I called Best Buy. I called for stores toledo Ohio and two in Massachusetts where I live..
I sat on hold and no one answered the phone so I decided to call Sprint directly and found the store and airport highway near my father's home
That's where I met Kayla
Not only did she answer quickly she sounded professional and actually had sympathy and compassion for the situation.
She jumped on the opportunity to make this right and called my father at his home number and is fixing the situation as we speak.
I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years
Andy amount of customer service that I just received I am going to switch to Sprint.
All 8 of my lines. .
Every company makes mistakes no one is perfect but the simple fact that this wonderful person not only jumped on the opportunity to fix it but was respectful and nice about it.
I could go on and on and on about how happy I am right now with this situation and how much I trust Sprint to help my dad.
So if you switch to Sprint call Kayla on airport highway she cares she has the Passion and consideration to make your needs met

The Airport Highway location was great. The young man that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. My wife had quite a different experience at the Alexis and Jackman location. If you need to go to T Mobile I would recommend Airport Highway.

Thank you Alexus!!! After dealing with our local sprint store with poor results we went to this location. The staff there is amazing and so helpful. There was no giving up on me or saying they can't help me. Alexus helped me get a new lease cancel an old contract that none else could do and hooked me up with an awesome phone and accessories. Thank you so much! I can not express how grateful I am.

Had a very pleasant and refreshing experience with Meagan who repaired my phone, Ken the associate that greeted me was very helpful, he explained features on my device I wasn't aware of to help conserve battery power. I will definitely be back.

They went out of their way to make sure I got the device I wanted that day instead of having to wait for it to be shipped to me. Clean store and nice employees.

We had three people help us and all three were friendly and helpful. I will continue to make the drive to this store instead of the one closer to us because the employees were so great!

Michael, the technician helping us, was fantastic! He resolved a very complex problem with expert knowledge. I highly recommend him at this Sprint store.

great store. Ed gave us some great deals on speakers. It's nice to know that when you walk in they remember you and care about your needs.

So happy Sprint closed down that Holland-Sylvania store. Now just close the rest of the ghetto sprint stores owned by people from Dearborn, MI & we will have a happy SprinT-Mobile community!

Fast and helpful. I was able to take care of everything on my lunch hour. Store wasn't too busy and they saw me right away.
