Ryann was a blessing and amazing to work with. She understood my concern about losing photos and messages of my son who passed away and took great care in making sure everything transferred over and backed up properly. In addition to Ryann the rest of the staff was also very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Joey is friendly and gives the impression that he enjoys his work. He is also very good at helping a number of people at the same time without making you feel you were forgotten. Joey is extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE about all things Verizon - the phones, the accessories, the service, the available plans, and the customers particular needs. Absolutely amazing. I was late for my appointment as I was just getting off work. I desperately needed a new phone because mine was no longer responding or allowing me to answer calls. They listened to what I needed in a phone and made suggestions based on that. All around a great experience purchasing a new phone.

Keyaree was beyond great! I usually dread the process of getting a new phone but he made everything so easy. Even when we experienced some difficulty, I was having such an awesome experience that it didn’t even matter. Keyaree is a great representation of Verizon. I am not the most “techy” person and I left the store with a new phone, iPad, and an Apple Watch. He even welcomed me to the “new age” lol Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon.

We talked with Kevin. He was very informative as well and polite and personable. We switched a couple of phones from one line to another and also purchased a new phone. Everything transferred over seamlessly. It was a great visit.
