Water's Edge Restaurant

We were pleasantly surprised. The menu is fairly basic. Not exotic. But really well prepared with good ingredients. The staff was extremely helpful. It sounds funny to recommend a burger and fries. But the burger was great and the fries outstanding!

The staff amazing at there job the food was great and priced fairly half off appetizer 5-6pm and 50% off beer 5-6 pm ..great atmosphere and tons of awesome views ..we will definitely return and the souvenir shop is wonderful as well

Went to Water's Edge Restaurant for lunch a few months ago with some family and I got a Berry Salad. The employees were nice and friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful view of the little pond right outside. It's a beautiful atmosphere. Located in Oregon, Ohio.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Waters Edge in Maumee Bay State Park Lodge Centre for two days, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere.

During our first day, we decided to have lunch at Waters Edge and it exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care the staff showed towards their guests. The prices were reasonable and definitely worth it for the quality of the food and service.

The following day, we indulged in the breakfast buffet, and it was a true delight. The wide selection of fruits, pancakes, and comfort food catered to all tastes, even the pickiest eaters in our group were satisfied. Not to mention, the breathtaking view from Waters Edge made our dining experience even more memorable.

I highly recommend Waters Edge for both off-season visits and hotter days. It offers a fantastic escape from the cold weather, providing something fun to do while enjoying a magnificent meal. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a beautiful setting make Waters Edge a must-visit destination. I can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories. Christmas Day Buffet was awesome. Restaurant was very busy and crowded but we were seated at reservation time. Jordan, the hostess that day was amazing. Kept order smoothly and cheerfully. We were in the area but are from Florida. Our states restaurants could use many Jordan's. Food was lovely.

Amazing views of Lake Erie and the marina. The staff is always very nice.

Went there for a early 4:30 dinner on a Saturday and found we had the whole place to ourselves.
Very comfortable seating and a great view no matter of the location of your table.
The menu has a nice selection of appetizers and sandwiches. We tried the pretzel w/beer cheese dip which was really good. All four of us order the perch sandwich and onion rings.
We were all very pleased with the size of the perch fillets that were quite thick , lightly breaded, and nicely seasoned. With the large portion of onion rings there was no way any of us could partake desert.
Our waitress was super friendly and helpful with making selections.
By the time we finished with our meals there were about a dozen other tables occupied and others waiting to be seated.
We all enjoyed ourselves and hopefully we'll get back here to do it again. 🙄

The food and the service were really good! I will definitely go back soon.
I had french onion soup and a Cesar salad, next time I want to order the berry salad

Great place! Food was excellent and we were seated with the bay view! I had the chicken tenders and they were moist and crispy on the outside! Perfection! Tina was a great waitress too. Get the pretzels for an appetizer!

This is a nice restaurant. I ate dinner here while I was staying at the Maumee Bay State Park Lodge and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the restaurant and sat down at a table. Soon after I sat down, a waitress came up to me and took my order of french fries and a lemonade with no ice. Soon after I ordered, I received my lemonade. I drank it and it tasted pretty good. After I finished my lemonade, I got my french fries, which also tasted pretty good. After I finished my french fries, I paid for my food and left the restaurant, satisfied with my experience. I gave this restaurant five stars because it has good food and is conveniently located in the Maumee Bay State Park Lodge.

Our party of four just left the restaurant. Our server Tina was be far the best waitress I have ever had. The food was beyond delicious and we will be back. Thank you Tina for making us feel welcome and grade A service!

Jennifer was outstanding! She took pictures for my Mom, checked in often and has the best happy attitude! Happy Hour has great prices!

We had a party of course to 30 people and they had the unfortunate situation where only 2 wait staff showed up. They still provide great service and we tried to tip well. I hope the two that showed up felt it was worth it.

The menu was limited due to Covid, but everything was delicious. Good basic appetizer choices, a great steak, chicken, fish and chips, and a burger option for adults. It is also very kid-friendly, with a great kids menu. Highly recommend!

Food quality and service is absolutely top notch. I am very positively surprised by quality of restaurants in Ohio state park lodges and this one is no different. Highly recommend !

Lunch or dinner on the shore of Lake Erie. The views on top of a menu that has moderate prices and good variety makes for quality place to eat a meal.

Love the fresh Lake Erie perch!

The fish sandwich is fantastic. The cheese burgers were delicious.
