It took me a good year to come across the perfect truck I’ve been looking for . 2020 F 150 lariat white with the 5.0 . Right after I bought it I was researching how to get it to look the way I wanted it to with a lift and wheels. Diversified nailed it! I was even more excited to deal with a woman in the car industry like myself ! Kim is very knowledgeable and professional. She kept me updated every step of the transformation which I appreciated that so much. This truck is my new Baby and I totally felt comfortable with them working on it . Seems like honest Dependable work. They explained the problems and showed me firsthand what they were talking about, explaining to me what needed to be done to fix the problem and to keep the Jeep rolling down the road safely. They recommended some additional work that I don't have to do right now and explained why. They provided me with price and a service appointment. I would recommend if you use it Cruise it or abuse it take it to Diversified!

Now lemme tell ya something bout this place. Class. Act. My whole family just movies up to the northern part of the midwest not too long ago from Knoxville, Tennessee. My biggest worry? Not meeting the right people to work on the stuff I love. Boy did I strike GOLD with this place. I’m able to tell how a place is gonna treat ya by the first person that greets you. I tell ya what, this Seth Brown is a class act man and a great representation of this business. Wanted to just check the place out in case I needed anything and Seth took care of me just fine. Firm handshake, great service, and a fine young man. I’m happy we found a house up here, but best believe I found a home at Diversified Truck! 5 STARS BABY!!!

These guys did a great job with installation of soft top on my wrangler. Upfront quote, clear warranty on work, work was done on schedule. There was a manufacturer's defect for one of the parts; they got right on it and had the replacement in and installed in no time. Highly recommend this business.

After doing a full rebuild of the front and rear end of my 95 Bronco i took it to the only place i felt would be familiar with older trucks for alignment. They did a great job right on schedule and within what i thought was a very fair quote. Good staff and answered any questions i had. Thanks guys!

Went to a local auto tire and repair place to get a alignment after a lift kit was installed. After they looked at my vehicle and realigned it, they said i needed new tires and tried to sell me on a new set, not the first time they have done this to me. I stopped in to get a second opinion and talked to brian. He told me honestly that even tho they did need replaced, i had time left and was able to help me look over options on new tires without pressuring me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always take my jeep there! Professional, courteous, competent, pricing is good, work is quality, never had a problem! They also offer alot of awesome after market work for my jeep. Will continue to use then when needed and for specialty items.

2-1/2" level and 35" tires for those who want to know.

I took my JK wrangler in for an alignment. They informed me of a bad tie rod. They replaced the tie rod. Made adjustment to the lift kits, tighten up loose shock and my wrangler drives so much better. They didn't nickel and dime me. They took care of somethings out side the scope of work. Going back for some additional work. Brian took the time to go over everything with me including proper inflation of my 35" tires. Great shop, nice people!
