Employees were eager to help when my husband was sick in their store. They went “above and beyond” their duty as store employees to assist us with the distressing situation.

Who doesn’t love Target? If you don’t you’re the problem seriously always have the best experience with customer service. I have had to make returns from a gift registry and it has always been easy. To just get out of the house I take my son for some shopping and can spend a few dollars or a lot more.

Did a return today at Target. They're definitely not like the other stores. Staff were professional, efficient, friendly and fast. Short wait time. No fuss return with receipt. Very good experience.

I bought an Apple AirPod 2 from Target Monroe Street at a very reasonable price and had excellent customer service when I bought them.

I went to Target with my granddaughter to do some school clothes shopping and she found a shirt she wanted and at checkout our cashier reminded me of a 30% discount on the Target app and went out of her way to help me obtain the discount on my phone when I couldn't get it to come up. She was very helpful and pleasant and just what I needed to end my otherwise hectic day!!

Ella, at the spring meadows location is so wonderful. Her bright and bubbly personality is beyond refreshing. She always gives me compliments that brightens up my day. I love the curbside service that Targets offers, and this store is my favorite. Down the upbeat music, Starbucks, and my new favorite employee Ella. Thanks for the amazing experiences. Love & Light.

I recently visited my daughter in Holland, Ohio. We went school clothes shopping at the local Target. I think it was the manager, but he walked past me, smiling, said hello, and asked how my day was. Okay, I thought. That was pretty nice of him. Then another employee walked by me, smiled, and asked if I needed anything. Wow, I thought. This is weird. Then I saw an employee walk in front of a customer, apologize for doing so, then asked if he could help him find something. Now, I've been around for awhile, and I have to say, that I have NEVER seen employees like this. I can't explain how it made me feel. I thought customer service was extinct, but not anymore! If I lived closer, I'd apply for a job there!! Keep up the awesome work. You should be so proud....

Just had the best experience at this store. I’m a new Mom and when I can get out of the house is a nice treat. I had a return and the process was so easy and fast.

I have ordered a number of items from Target for the last three weeks. I've arranged for Pick-Up in the store. I can't believe how easy the whole process has been each time. Easy to order...super fast alert that package ready...I arrive at the store and I am in and out with my package so quickly. I love this service!!

I love this store. The employees are so friendly and if you need help, they’re more than happy to help! Since they remodeled, it is kind of hard to adjust where things are now, but the employees are so happy to help! The store is always clean and you’re rarely in line for longer than 5 minutes (depending on how busy they are).

I wish I'd seen the name tags of all the staff members I encountered, because they were all super sweet and friendly. Two asked me if I needed help (I didn't) out on the floor and the cashier was as sweet as the Easter candy I was buying. Am definitely making this my preferred Target location. (The store itself was quiet and generally clean, though the shelves were in a little more disarray since it was the day after Easter so they were in a transitional period.)

We went to the Target in Holland Ohio. The staff was courteous and the store was still nicely stocked despite it being the day before Christmas eve. I was very pleased by the experience.
