Painted Cowgirl Western Store

Bought a pair of Anderson Bean string ray boots from this shop. I’ve wanted these boots for 15 years and my bf bought them for me for Xmas this year. I was so excited that I couldn’t wait to open them on Xmas and I tried them on immediately. I could not get them on as they were really tight. Devastated because they did not have the next size up, I called the store to see if they could be ordered. A wonderful girl named Emily answered and gave me some tips and tricks to try and get the boots on… IT WORKED!!! she said they’d loosen up and that the ankle area can be tight at first. She was absolutely right. I am SO grateful to her for helping me find a solution so I didn’t have to return my dream boots…. THANK YOU EMILY!!! You are SO very appreciated!!! ❤

I placed an order for a pair of boots online and then after the fact realized they were less than 50 miles from me. I emailed asking not to ship the order and instead I would come pick them up. Faith was fast, and courteous with her email replies and had the boots waiting at the counter for me when I walked in. The 2 young ladies working in the store were amazing as well helping me find the other items I wanted. Amazing store. Amazing selection. And for my fellow Northeast OH folks who like Made in the USA Anderson Bean boots, they have store exclusives from them to choose from. The store itself is just really cool too. Make the trip, it’s worth it.

Have not been to a location before, but learned through a Facebook group that they have a awesome reputation! I ordered a pair of Anderson Bean boots and were delivered to my house in Virginia 2 days later. Service is fast and boots look great!

It was the first time I had been in the store. It was very inviting when you walked in. I went with my two sons to find an outfit for my son and I for a denim and diamond dance. Haley who works there was so nice and friendly she helped me with the perfect outfit from head to toe. It is definitely a store I will return to.

Everyone at Painted Cowgirl is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help you in any way they can. We worked with Haley to find jeans for myself and boots for my daughter. She was amazing and made our shopping experience a great one. One of my favorite places to shop!

Very friendly atmosphere, Haley was very helpful and cheerful! Patient while helping my 7 year old granddaughter decide on the boots she wanted lol. Love this place!!

Great staff and atmosphere! Norwalk staff (Molly was fantastic!) are always helpful without being intrusive and the store carries boot styles we can’t find anywhere else. They also carry extra large boot sizes (over 13).

Haley is the best, patient, kind. You should honestly always ask for Haley!

Awesome selection and service. Don't waste your time somewhere like rods or boot barn. It's worth the drive. We showed up just before closing on a Saturday, Scott didn't rush me, gave me Awesome service, and a couple beers 🤠 I bought all kinds of stuff, boots, coat pants, wife loved the staff and store she loaded up as well.

Went in looking for a basic round toe dark brown or black cherry boot but they didn't have any. Have a lot of boots with cool designs but I have never been a fan of that style of boots. They still sold me a pair of somewhat square toe boots I think I will end up liking. Staff is great, easy going, and very helpful. I would recommend maybe getting in more basic western boots with rounded toe in plain colors, especially since the western shop is closing their doors and that was primarily what they sold. All of their customers are going to be looking for a new place to buy boots.

Great owners and staff. Bought several boots there years ago when I lived in Ohio. Moved to TN and just picked up these Anderson Bean Rattlesnake skin boots. Highly recommended!

The store was amazing! From the style of clothing to the way, it was set up to the girls working there. If I could give it a million stars, I would. Hayley helped me. She was awesome. She helped me find the size and style I was searching for but wasn't pushy. She had the perfect balance of helping me but not overdoing it. I live over an hour and a half away, and I can, without a doubt, say this will be my new go-to place if I need an outfit regardless of how far away it is! Talk about a hidden gem! I have already told everyone, girl, I know about it!

What a great place! Fantastic selection of boots and clothing. I got a sexy pair of black Circle G boots and a really cute top. I will definitely shop there again .....very soon!
