Great customer service! The guy who works the drive thru at night is always super nice!

Being from out of town, this is the one and only chance I had to go to this Taco Bell location and I thought it was just great. Nice staff. No traffic to block me out. I dined in and used their wifi and had no problems there either. The one slight complain I'll make is that their sweet tea tasted kind of funky to me, but I have heard that these very northern areas use somewhat different ingredients than we do down south. So the sweet tea just wasn't quite up to par for this southerner. But overall this was a great experience!

Ashland Taco Bell knows how to get it done. With speed of service and top notch customer service personnel in store they are the ones to beat in Ashland!

We have eaten here many many times. They have never messed up our order! What makes more could you ask of a fast food restaurant? 😀 Eating area and restrooms are always very clean, staff are always very friendly and courteous.

Excellent service at this location. The order was correct. We asked for additional condiments, and they were very good about it. Very polite at the window and when ordering. They spoke clearly and very easy to order and understand.

Wonderful chicken quesadilla and stacker.

This particular Taco Bell has a great staff. I go through the drive through and service is always fast and accurate. If I ask for three Diablo sauce packets, they give me three Diablo sauce packets. Also, they let me refuse a straw! Hooray for saving the environment!

Taco Bell is always a 5 star but today everything was slopped together, the crunch wrap was half empty, the soft taco was just awful. They forgot my Fire Sauce! No I don't have time to come back in too fix it! Taco Bell sucked today! Fast and Sloppy ! Just wow! Food went to the trash! Waste of $7

Love this place.., I like the extended hours that they're open and you can go to the drive-through late night hours to get that last-minute taco food. Always busy, but line moves fast..

Food came out hot and ready and looked and tasted just like I expected it to be. Escpecially the cinabon balls witch I noticed recently have been more and more filled with grease however in this case they tasted almost like when they first came out.

I always come through and get 2 5-layers w/o sour cream or beans that is exactly what I receive. Customer service is also exceptionally good and is the best taco bell I've visited

Best place to eat if your not in the mood for burger and fries. I recommend the cravings menu as the spicy potato burrito and the bean,cheese and rice burrito are good vegetarian choices and good for protein and carb intake.

Great food depend on what you get and what hours you go if it's turned first and second shift hours it's awesome we could Friday and Saturday that's when it's best you get extra food on order

Home of the happy drive through guy. I mean super happy. On a bad day, ill go out of my way to hit this store for lunch just because his energy is infectious and brightens up everything.

Food is decent but they sometimes mess up the orders for the most part good staff good speed

Ordered off the app because I forgot my card at home...all I had to do was pull up tell them my name and my order was ready! Yay! Pregnant momma approved! ✔
