Best customer service we have had. My family felt like we mattered and were not just a number. Our sales person was very knowledgeable, kind and helped us select what would work best for each of us. We stopped here to shop for a new mattress. It was close to closing time, but the guy working there didn't try to rush us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. He was very friendly. He stayed open past closing to help us out. We ended up buying a king-size bed and sheets. We only had to wait a few days for delivery. Once at our house, the delivery men brought everything inside and assembled it for us. They were also friendly and efficient. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase. It's also nice that they have a "try it for 90 days" policy. If you don't like your mattress, then they come and pick it up, and you can go back into the store to find something that suits your needs better. Grest experience over all

Austin was awesome when we first came in last weekend. He listened to our needs and helped us find a new bed that fit our budget and unique situation. There was absolutely no pressure when we told him that we were going to shop around. When we walked out, my wife and I agreed that unless we found a substantially better deal and salesperson elsewhere, we would be giving Austin our business.

We went through the motions, and I came back today to buy the bed.

Austin was very patient answering all of my technical questions relating compatibility with the custom platform bed I built. He is very personable and helpful. Austin is an asset to your company, and I will send anyone I know who is in the market for a new bed to him.

Was able to choose our mattress on website, went into store, tested it, loved it, ordered it. Sales rep Bailey was very helpful and professional and answered our questions.

Mario was very informative and did not try to over sell us on things. When u went in, I had a good idea of what I wanted and though they did not have the item in store to try, he was able to show us something similar. He also discussed the various ways we could make a purchase including phone, web, and text. He even explained the price match or 120 day period in which you have to find a better deal to get the difference refunded. Making large purchases can be hectic, but Mario made it a breeze. Check him out.

A President’s Day Sale brought us in to by a new mattress today. Our salesman Roy did a great job and was very helpful.

Mario was very pleasant to talk with. He walk-around the store as my niece pushed me in my wheelchair. I tried out the mattress I first sat on and decided to purchase it. Instead of taking me to a desk, Mario aloud me to stay on the mattress elevated up and finished the deal.

Salesman Roy, was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the stores products. He showed us a variety of mattresses, explained their makeup and remained neutral to our choices. This store carries a variety of name brands in a wide range of prices. I’m pleased that we chose this store!

The salesmen working were both friendly and knowledgeable of the type of mattress we were looking for. After trying out several they made it easy for us to get the proper mattress ordered for us. Highly recommend the Holland Ohio location in Spring Meadows.

The gentleman who helped us was very understanding ( we are old). He knew what we needed and made it easy to understand. No pressure. Explained delivery charges, return policy's, worked well with us re: delivery date. The only thing I was surprised about was the set up charge. I was hoping they could at least placed it in the bedroom. Our daughter can help us connect it to electricity. I might be able to get on the floor to hook it up but I couldn't guarantee how I could get up. Lol..

Mario was wonderful. Spent extra time with my mother who has a cane and an arm in a sling choose the correct mattress and the correct height for her. Was very impressed.
