Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

This is my favorite Jeni’s location! The dining area is spacious and well air conditioned and there is rarely a line longer than 2 people- unlike the short north location where you could stand in line for an hour.

The ice cream is top notch- not only the best in Columbus, but the greatest of all time. They source locally, are a certified green corporation, and have a dairy free line that tastes pretty good!

Definitely go if you haven’t already and splurge and get the waffle cone- it is incredible. My favorite flavor is brown butter almond brittle, but there are so many incredible flavors.

The chocolates are all very chocolatey; and the fruit flavors are all very deliciously tart and creamy.

I can’t believe I’ve never left a review for jeni’s! I love Jeni’s! Icecream has always been a favorite food of mine and jeni’s has an absolutely perfect texture with fun and unique flavors to match. I truly believe jeni’s takes icecream to the next level with the depth of their flavors and consistency. The icecream is expensive but is worth it for a treat every once in a while.

The employees do a great job of articulating what’s in the icecream which elevates the whole experience.

They regularly come out with new and limited flavors so it’s always fun to come and try something with the hype. Most recently they had their eclipse flavors which were delicious on their own but also paired perfectly together. Also their waffle cones 🤌🏾 and they compliment the icecream perfectly! Mmmm

I'm generally really picky about my sweets and textures. This place was a total knockout. The pricing, is totally reasonable.

The flavor, and the quality? Out of this world. It tastes fresh, and rich in flavor.

Would recommend to any local, or anyone passing though.

This is a Jersey Mike's review. They are great. Their sub are big and fresh. The mushroom melt is awesome. Staff were friendly and the young man who worked there visited my town 6.5 hrs a way and had local friends who are Buckeyes.

On a visit to Columbus, I was told that Jeni’s was an absolute necessity to stop and eat at. It is safe to say I now wholeheartedly agree with this statement. Jeni’s ice cream is rich, delicious, and a wonderful experience overall. From the restaurants comforting set up and lighting to the outstanding quality of the food, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is a Spot everyone should check out!

I have introduced jenis to a person that hasn’t loved it nor would I trust someone that doesnt. My partner has been anti ice cream her whole life until I finally got her to cave. She’s not mad about being wrong. Cheers!

I got the vegan chocolate ice cream and it was so good that I thought they gave me the wrong thing. It had the exact same texture and an ice cream made with dairy. I have been coming to this location since they opened and the staff is always lovely and Jeni's ice cream never disappoints. Also a great place to go if you have food allergies because the menu is clearly marked and the staff is very considerate.

Jeni's Icecream is bursting of rich flavor, creamy texture and held by a fresh made waffle cone. The aroma is heavenly! The three young people working behind the counter were friendly, helpful and full of smiles! This was my first time at Jeni's and enjoyed every moment! What a fun time and I loved the huge chalk board. Oh yes I ordered Lavender and Dark Chocolate scoops!! Amazing together! Don't forget one of there delicious soda's! First time visiting this ice cream shop, and I was very pleased with the customer service! I got a cookies and cream with the waffle cone, the waffle cone was a little salty, and I’ve never tasted that before with any waffle cones I’ve ever had..but it complemented the ice cream. And Alden was just a sweetheart. Keep up the good work!😃

They have some really nice ice cream flavours. Darkest chocolate was definitely a winner. Must try!!

LISTEN, JENI KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT SHES DOING. Every. Single. Time. Let me get serious though, this shop is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I don’t understand how she does it but oh my am I grateful. She also has so many non dairy options. This is rare for an ice cream shop, but not for JENI. Skip Dairy Queen, go to the real queen. JENI, you hold the crown.

The cashier that checked us out at 8pm today was so sweet! Genuinely the best customer service I’ve gotten in awhile! And the ice cream is good too, she didn’t show any annoyance when I got 3 tasters because I’m indecisive haha, and she’s just so sweet to everyone who comes in.

Jeni's is a delicious treat. Got those of us who know better, we know to go to the store and get some respectably with those delicious AF waffle cones made on the spot.

This place is amazing! I had heard rumors about an ice cream place to try in Columbus, but I had no idea! Wow, the ice cream here is worth a trip to Columbus! The ice cream is fantastic and the staff were extremely nice and really cool people! I will most certainly be back here!

Customer service at this location is top tier! They were really kind and accommodating to my many requests. Would recommend trying their rainbow fizz with ginger ale instead of their pink champ.

I enjoy Jeni's ice cream immensely, and can rarely go by a shop without stopping in to see what new flavor I can try. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I have tried.
