My wife called me after her explorer had a breakdown. She was stranded on side of road with a car full of kids and it was near 90deg out. I left work and got to her and diagnosed problems, and then gave NAPA a call. They had all the parts that I needed in stock and offered to drive them to me (about 4 miles away from the store). I paid over the phone and the gentleman drove them to me right away.

Everytime I call that place or go in to see if they have what I need, they are fantastic. If they don't have it, they can get it within 24 hours.

Heather at the Bowling Green, OH location was extremely helpful and polite. My husband and I were stranded with a broken radiator hose and no parts nearby… she called other locations for us to find the nearest part and offered to help more if we needed it. She was polite and friendly.

Thank you Jim Forrest! I came in because I broke the valve stem off of one of my tires across the street at the Kroger fuel center. They couldn’t fix the tire, but they drove me down to Specks Sales. Initially, I told Jim not to worry about it, that my wife could come get me, but he was so insistent about helping me. What a genuinely nice person. I’ll be coming here when I need auto parts! Booya!

BIG shout out to Jimmy at Forrest Auto Parts in Bowling Green..My wife and I were traveling from Northern Michigan to Columbus for a horse show when the alternator in our Freightliner truck decided to cash it in..We limped down the road a few miles to Bowling Green where the fine folks at the fairgrounds let us pull in and turn the horses out (did I mention it was 90 degrees? ) We had just about resolved ourselves to being stuck when the maintenance man at the fairgrounds suggested I call NAPPA..It was about five minutes past closing time when I called, but not only did Jimmy pick up the phone and find the part, he also offered to wait for me to get there to pick it up! A great example of true customer service and a really great guy! THANKS AGAIN JIMMY you saved the day for us!

Good staff and they will go out of their way to help you. I also like their odd ball selections of brake fittings. I feel like the other auto parts stores don't have stuff like that. Some of the Napa parts seem better made especially their brake pads.

Staff is wonderful! Did not have part in stock. Called another store and had the parts waiting for me. GREAT SERVICE!

They helped me find the right wiper blades and even put them on while I watched. That's good service!

The store manager is well versed in parts. If the part is not in stock they ensure a quick delivery.
