The Liberty Restaurant

Very good food! Some in our group had the prime rib, which was excellent. I had the special that night which was brisket, half rack if ribs, fries, coleslaw and baked beans, very good! We were seated and served promptly A few in our group had wings. Each order was a dozen, large wings. They even let us split each order into 2 sauces. Liberty has won the Penn Yan Wing Walk, two years in a roe with good reason. Incredible wings!

Food was cheap and extremely DELICIOUS! Drinks are also cheap ☺ the pool games were great and waitress was kind and attentive

The Liberty restaurant...one of the biggest hidden gem's in Penn yan. When you walk in you feel like your walking into the past. Seat yourself, served with ice water, and handed menus. If this is your first time in Penn Yan NY, you will regret not stopping here. This is homemade food to the next level. While I have grown to hate coleslaw i was shown the true flavor without a heavily dressed coleslaw, I truly loved the taste. Everything was Great, well above my standards.

Nice, friendly place to have a drink. Being from out of town, we had no problem joining in conversations with the other patrons. Jill the bartender was very pleasant and spot on with refills. Would definitely return to this establishment on future trips.

Great food from a nice local place! We walked through the bar to the seating area out back. We were greated by a friendly woman who reminded me of my aunt, in a good way. Broccoli cheddar soup was great! Wings were huge, burgers were awesome and my wife enjoyed the eggplant parm. The service and food were top notch. We will stop again when we are in Penn Yan. Thank you for dinner!!

The Friday fish fry is amazing, arguably the best in town. Wait isn’t too bad compared to other places and staff is very nice.

Great Friday fish fry! Friendly staff and the owners are great and usually working too. Definitely a local hangout with drinks aimed mostly at those who're going for quantity over quality but they have a local microbrew on tap that is great!

Good was delicious and very generous portions. We were a large group and they were very accommodating!! I'm local and I'll definitely go back!!

Bacon Blue Burger is everything but to die for. BC if you're dead - you can't try the Reuben the next time. They're both delicious. Great customer service as well
