Dailey Geothermal

The entire staff, from office to the guy with a shovel in the trench has been very cooperative, cordial and professional. The firm has installed complete interior plumbing in one house, A/C in three, and Geothermal in two large houses. Not once were they off schedule or outside of estimates. their warrantee work for heat exchanger/pumps has been exceptionally good as well.

My husband and I recently purchased a home in the area and were in need of an inspection and then a new furnace. From beginning to end, Shelly, Lia, and the entire company have been nothing but top notch. Everyone dealt with a unique situation and handled it with professionalism, 100% customer service, and kindness. Being a new homeowner, we are learning as we go and along the way, Dailey's have answered our questions in a timely manner. The furnace was installed within a normal time frame and has been working great.

We look forward to many years with Dailey servicing our furnace correctly, efficiently, and with great customer service. We were lucky to have found them!

Great customer service.

I called this company over 2 month ago and spoke with Shelly and she scheduled Drew to come out and take a look at what it would take to install a new service. I am still waiting for a quote and I guess Drew needs to come back out to look at the job again. I understand that everyone is busy, but they could have done me the courtesy of at least letting me know so I could have called someone else. Now 2-1/2 months later I need to go find another contractor to get my electric service installed. Not only bad customer service, but Shelly got defensive the last time I called and basically said, we’ll if you can’t wait find another contractor. Never an apology or any kind of courtesy. Basically a bit on the rude side and very poor customer service.
