Delta Sonic Car Wash

Went to Delta on Walden today Ted and Ayden helped me out. They sold me some great services even though I’m already an unlimited member for interior and exterior for years now! They were very polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable! I love the waiting area of this delta location for the interior as well. I drive out of my way from Hamburg to go to this location because they are the best!

I was serviced by Antonio, Rain, Derek and Justin. I must say the service was great. Polite, professional and had a nice sense of humor that brightened up the end of my day. Great job. The service area could use a fan or air-conditioning especially when you're car as to be off asks the weather is pretty hot. We'll, thanks for listening.

I had the best experience at the Delta Sonic on Walden and Union in Cheektowaga. Every category of customer service was perfect! Cam listened to what I wanted and gave me recommendations to best care. It helped that he looked to see that I could save money with a coupon. Rob and Dre worked with Cam as a seamless team. Nice, patient, efficient and professional. You made the experience a positive one that left me with good energy leaving Delta Sonic. You made my day better. Thank you Cam, Dre and Rob!

Just had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed here! From start to finish everything was professional and well done! I usually do oil changes myself but can’t due to health issues and I was impressed with the level of care and professionalism that my truck was given! Thank you John and Terrell for you hard work and knowledge! I may have to let y’all do it from now on! I’ll be back!

I am an unlimited car wash (exterior and interior) member and I go to several Delta Sonics. The best service I get is on Walden...ESPECIALLY when Ms. Emily is working. For whatever reason I cannot explain it, but when she's working, the simple requests that I have (like drying my car mats, (with a towel) top and bottom, and wiping my rims) never get done unless Ms. Emily is working. The Main and Northampton location is my least favorite...I only go to this location because it has shorter lines, and I go just before church service... All locations are very polite and friendly, I just get the love I want and need only on Walden when Ms. Emily is working.

I have two vehicles, so today (Sunday, June 2, 2024), I went to the Main Street location to get the second vehicle washed. As usual, I made a simple request to towel dry my floor mats (top and bottom) and to wipe my rims. Of course, they wrote the special attention on the window, which, as usual at this location, doesn't get done. It's very hard to tip when a simple request isn't granted...smh... Of course, I have no idea how the employees are being trained. But one thing is for sure, the Walden Street location is much better than the Main Street location.

I just got the new ceramic coating Delta Sonic now offers and I couldn't be happier. Dave and his crew were very pleasant explaining everything. The car looks better than the day I bought it new. I'm leaning towards getting the rustcoating done and had questions. Dave put my car on the lift and showed me how they use existing holes from the manufacturer to spray and won't drill their own holes. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I often visit almost all Delta Sonics in Buffalo area. By far Walden is the best. Emily N is simply outstanding. Every time outstanding Customer Service. Professional, and Very polite. It's a pleasure to deal with competent employees. I realize it probably doesn't really matter to such a large company but I needed to say this. I would hope maybe you would consider having a ratings system so we as customers could judge worst to best. I personally believe that except for a few employees Main St is the worst. Walden is the best . Just consider my suggestion.

I highly recommend getting your car washed at this location. Dakota was friendly and welcoming. Her work ethic has made me a happy customer with a squeaky clean car yet again ! She makes sure I was satisfied with the provided services as usual. Thank you Dakota.

I went in for an oil change. I was assisted by Rai, Terell, Shawn, and Dre. They were absolutely phenomenal. They provided me with exceptional knowledge, fast service, and were all extremely pleasant to interact with. Normally waiting for your car to get an oil change would be a drag but thanks to these associates, I had a great experience and even learned a few things about my car. Thank you guys!

I always love coming to this location. The people are always so friendly and hardworking, and the service center, gas pumps, and car wash are run efficiently and swiftly. The employee who helped me today, Dakota, was so sweet. I highly recommend it.

My car had a ton of dog hair in it. Just from transporting my dogs to and fro’. The folks at Walden Avenue Delta Sonic in Cheektowaga, NY got all the dog hair out of my car. Specifically, Jeremy who worked on my car for over an hour. I’m very happy with the results and appreciate all the hard work Jeremy did to get my car cleaned.

John B. did such a great job on my grill area. I was on a road trip and he paid special attention to make sure all the bugs splatter was removed. He deserves special attention 😀

I just had an interior detailing done, and Bre, Lexus, Brad, and Pat did an amazing job it looked as it came out of the showroom ! Bre is very knowledgeable and recmonds great products for your vehicle needs! I will definitely be back they pamper each individual need!

Tim, Alex & Romerlo were Great! They got me in and out quickly for my oil change, explained everything they were doing and advised me on a couple of issues. They were mindful that I was not trying to spend a lot of money.

I've been to many Delta sonic locations however Cassidy from the Walden Ave was the best. Very courteous and helpful with my requests. I'll be sure to be back because of her. Thank you Cassidy!

I can’t brag enough about the fabulous job that Mason did on my 2019 Cadillac SUV. My car wasn’t this clean when I purchased it. 10 stars to the best detailer I have ever met! So polite, so kind and a million dollar smile. As an administrator this young man his management material!

Had a minor issue with my oil change, Return back to deltasonic and was pleased to be Greeted there by Cam. It was as easy as a faulty cap that was just reexamined and replaced. Cam is personable and very easy to talk to obviously. Very knowledgeable and I am very happy to be serviced by him. It was easy it was painless. Thanks to Cam. Very good at his job. Came in to get an oil change, I usually go to my dealership but was in the area…I was uncertain at first but Terell made the experience great with his reassurance and great customer service.
