Not only does Biehlers have a great selection os whatever I'm looking for, but they truly have an amazing staff who is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. They've helped me pick the most perfect gifts to recommending new beverages. I also love the large local wine selections from the NYS wineries.

They were so kind to me, and efficient! I live in Florida and my mom lives in Buffalo. I wanted to have a nice bottle of champagne delivered for her birthday. I called in the morning when they opened and they delivered it to her immediately, they even wrapped it and put a bow on it. 10/10 service

Really good selection across the board. Not very big, so it's not a HUGE selection, but what they have is good. Staff is super friendly, and eager to help and give suggestions.
Only thing I'll add is, when listening to suggestions, before taking it, ask if they drink it. Turns out, Rye Whiskey is not something a regular drink by one of the men there. It wasn't the worst I've ever drank, but it was not good, to me, at all.

One of my favorite places to go to!
