Reminisce Soda Fountain

Oh my goodness, this little blast from the past is absolutely phenomenal! We took a detour to meet my in laws during a trip to Syracuse. All of our breakfast meals were great and my cookies dough ice cream was the best I've ever had! We already talked about taking the classic cars for a road trip and coming back this summer.

My husband and I love going to this restaurant. We always order the broiled fish. They always give big portions and it always tastes delicious. Such friendly staff and waitresses. The owner is a wonderful man who always takes time to talk to all the customers. It's set up as a 50's diner and always has a juke box playing music in the background. If you've never gone here, try it. You will not be disappointed!!

We fell in love with Reminisce Soda Fountain when we pulled in the parking 🅿 lot, it reminded us of yester-year. When we walked in and met the two Brandy's, best Soda Jerks ever 😉 we wanted to stay all day! They were so friendly and funny, we had a blast with them.

This is definitely where you need to come if you are looking for someplace where the atmosphere is nostalgic, the girls are top-notch, you have great menu choices all day long, plus have an excellent chef! Oh, and make sure you save room for dessert, you need to take a milkshake or sundae's to go!! Oh yeah, we crammed it all in, some took part of their meal home because they were huge!

We definitely will be back, the prices are so reasonable, it's a great place to take your favorite guests when they come to visit, they'll love it. I wish I took pictures, I wouldn't have done it justice, go enjoy it yourself, you deserve it, you will ❤ it.

We had breakfast this Sunday. The service and waitresses were outstanding. The food matched the service. Our party of 5 had biscuits and gravy, breakfast quesadillas, fruity pebbles pancakes, and a special on their board that had home fries, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and a chili type sauce all mixed together (like the Nick Tahou’s Garbage Plate). We didn’t stop there, we all had ice cream and shakes for desert. We had a birthday in our party who received a complimentary ice cream sundae for the occasion which was super nice of the staff to do. The ice cream and shakes were a great way to seal the deal for a super experience that is right in our backyard. We will be back soon!

This is a great restaurant. It's hard to describe why I like it so much. Everything is so perfect. Portions are huge, the fries are delicious, ice cream too. Prices are very reasonable too. I've been here over 10 times this year alone and not one time did i not have a 5 star experience.

When i first came here, i wasn't too impressed with the food. After coming a few times, the place has grown on me, and i really enjoy it now. I know they made some changes somewhat recently, and since then, the food has been incredible. They have great specials all the time and staff is extremely friendly. Our server becca was phenomenal.

A great little place to stop for a weekend breakfast or weekday dinner. Can't beat the house specials. The fried chicken is put of this world. Omelets and benedicts are hot and filling.

I had a salad with brisket and it was delicious. The waitress was friendly and very efficient. I recommend going there whenever you’re in town.

I was blown away by the food ! I did a simple Google search of restaurants nearby and decided to pick this place thinking cute diner food will be average, so glad I was wrong. Everything was delicious was so shocked that a small place and in my "city" opinion in the middle of nowhere lol had probably some of the best food I've had. My mother got the chicken dumplings great flavor. I order the homemade meatloaf outstanding. My girlfriend order the Whipple plate I'm not sure what's on it but wow !! Loved it . Also order there French onion soup and me and girlfriend both agree probably top 1-2 we ever had and my girlfriend definitely orders it at every restaurant we go to haha. W been talking about already coming back since we started driving home haha . If near here definitely a must

What a great restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonable. It is Mother's day and the staff were very friendly, great service, and they gave out roses to all the mom's. I would definitely come back when in the area again.

We had a delicious reminisce grilled cheese and sloppy grilled cheese. Highly recommend both! The food was delicious, and the service was great.

Love this little diner! First time coming here and we got the pulled pork quesadilla (so good!)and the coconut shrimp plate. Food was really good and all the staff was super nice! If you haven't been here you have to try it. And they have a variety of milkshake and other ice creams that are good 👍🏼

WOW... this was definitely worth traveling off the main highway to find on our way back from Niagra Falls. I spotted on a Google search for food near me and hopped on there website. The dinner selection is what attracted us to make the detour and I'm glad it did! This restuarant is such a cute reminder of the past, loaded with tons of artifacts and antiques from the 50's era. They offer homestyle dinners if your not looking for your average burgers, but after eating what we did... I'm certain there's nothing average coming out of there kitchen!

Hadn't been here in a while. Had the Remi Plate Burger. It was delicious and so many yummy fries!

Fried bologna is no joke. Awesome job and great ice cream!

Update! Came back 5 months later and everything was as amazing as the first time. I'll definitely be back again!

Still coming back! Years later now and have never had a bad experience! Onion rings are to die for and the portions are just huge!

Had the Junior Apocalyptic Burger and it was EXCELLENT! We drive a ways to visit Reminisce and it is always worth it. The grilled cheese with pulled pork and bacon is very full of flavor and cooked just right. So many good menu items. Gotta have a shake or malt as they have the best ice cream around (Giffords). Try it and you’ll see what I mean. The staff is very friendly and were eager to check on us despite being a very busy night.

Wow, this place is a museum in itself. Lots of vintage dinner memorabilia. The service was super friendly. We went on a Friday and the fish fry was wonderful. We usually don't like too much batter, but this batter was light tasting, and there was plenty of fish that was inside the crust. Cole slaw was mostly mayonnaise with finely chopped bits of cabbage, but the rest of our orders were perfect. Very family friendly. We would definitely go back.

Not only is the food excellent, but their corned beef and cabbage was the BEST I've ever had.

Took one start off because the last 2 times I've gone.. they don't have the Mac salad that goes with the meal!! It ties it all together people, this is why I go here!! I was disappointed. With that said, I would like to say however this restaurant is a great little place to eat with some excellent food and great servers and great retro atmosphere. As a previous restaurant owner you always make sure you have your sides ready and prepared for the day before the doors open. Having to tell people sorry doesn't look good. You want to leave people happy they made the 40 minute drive.. leaving people wanting to rave about the place. Which I will still do as because Caledonia will always be my second home. Next time I order the Whipple please have everything!!!!
