The meals are so convenient, as they are microwavable and easy to prepare, which is especially helpful for someone like me with ADHD who gets easily overwhelmed from meal planning and cooking. Every meal tastes AMAZING! My husband and I are hooked on Boss Meals. The ingredients are high quality and there are so many options! My husband enjoys the Athlete Mean size meals and I get the Lean meals but we "share" the Brownie Batter Balls (We actually order 2 servings now... can't share those!) I work downtown Syracuse and picking up at Metro Fitness on Monday afternoons is really easy and convenient. Just order! Trust me you won't regret it!

Just picked up my second week of meal prep. So far my favorites so far are the pork chops, steak stir fry and now the burrito bowl! Everything has been great and it's real food!!!! I'm an under eater although I don't look it as my metabolism is super slow. Alex is helping me loose weight for surgery so for those of you reading this that can't cook for yourselves due to medical issues get a hold of her!

Update Alex is still doing a bang up job even in this crazy world. Just some had amazing meatballs and zucchini pasta!

I am seriously impressed with boss meal prep. The system works great, very easy to order and get ready-made food delivered weekly. This has helped me tremendously, feel less stressed during the week, eat better and built-in portion control. All the flavors are on point, I couldn't be happier.

This is a great service for working people who want to bring real food for lunches but don't have the time/energy to do your own meal prep. It's really convenient and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

On the other hand, I know a little bit about service. Alex and Boss Meal Prep deliver the freshest service. I tried TrifectaNutrition before Boss Meal Prep. The difference is night and day.

I order meals weekly. If there's a problem I get a text days before from Alex that tells me what she's doing to fix it. If I'm not home she's able to drop it off anyway.

A lot of folks are cooking tasty food. Quality service is rare. And the service from Boss Meal Prep is the best.

I broke my wrist just before Christmas and couldn’t cook. I was beyond STRESSED! Alex catered our Christmas dinner, with very short notice, and it was FABULOUS! The rib roast was perfection, the scalloped potatoes were delicious and the roasted veggies ( Brussels Sprout, Broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions) were mmm - sooooo yummy! My family is already asking if we’re going to do this again for Easter dinner. YES! Absolutely! I may never cook another holiday meal. BOSS and Alex really came through for me. And the food couldn’t have been better!

I reached out to Alex after seeing one of her posts about her business and I decided to give it a try. I train jiu jitsu 3-4 times a week and wanted to give a meal prep service a try. I had a ton of questions before I pulled the trigger. Alex answered them all and zeroed in on a perfect plan for my lifestyle. After two weeks I’m already seeing gains and leaning out.
