These men Chris and Mark were very respectful , explained the procedure and asked relevant questions . They did the job efficiently , were pleasant and I was pleased I have not seen the upstairs yet but the stairs look squeaky clean and I expect the same upstairs.

Pete and Chris were so amazing! I was a little skeptical about paying for carpet cleaning, but now am really happy I did! They were both very thorough in explaining the process, my options and exactly what they would be doing and transparent about costs. They worked hard and my carpets and furniture look new again! It also smells great. In particular, I had a stubborn stain I could not get out on my own and it’s like it was never there! Would definitely hire again, with Pete and Chris specifically!! They could not have been any sweeter. Loved working and chatting with them!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Gerry and Michael were very knowledgeable, they explained how the floor grout became so compromised (filthy black against cream tile) and how to prevent it going forward. The results of the cleaning were night and day, amazing! Our floor grout is bright again! I highly recommend this service.

Chris and Mark from Stanley Steemer were actually a little early for the appointment. They were courteous and professional and took time to explain what they were going to do and what care would be necessary until the carpet dried. They cleaned and deodorized two bedrooms and our carpeted stairs. They were quick and efficient. We would definitely use them again!

Stanley Steemer was terrific! Technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional. We did get a few quotes and Stanley Steemer had great reviews and the most reasonable in price for how many vents we needed serviced. I would highly recommend getting your air ducts and vents cleaned! We did not realize how badly our home needed it.
