The workers here (especially the night shift) are very pleasant and helpful. They are always so courteous to me and very knowledgeable. They are one of the only offices that stays open until 7 pm during the week, which I find to be very valuable since I typically work past 5.

Great service in this post office. Been going to this post office for 20 years. I sent all of my business mail through them and the packages get to their destination quickly. One package I sent regular mail and was received in the West Coast within 2 days.

Lovely people ! We went there to get passport - got an appointment day before online - they took the pic there - people were ready for us there to get things done asap- they also give application over there if you have no printer at home - we did expedited passport and on site it says it will take 5-8 weeks or something !! But seriously we got our baby girl’s passport by end of 2nd week!! And we were taking chance because in 3 weeks we had to travel internationally!! Yes people and service are AMAZING ! Lucky to have people like this in the town for real!

I always get stressed going to a post office and especially now because I’m new to the area. I came in a half hour before closing with 12 packages all flustered in hopes my used Amazon boxes and Walmart labels would suffice.

Michelle Santiago is the one who helped me organize and ship 12 packages, some of what were 30-40 pounds! I was so anxious going in and my experience could not have been better because of her courteous kind and cheerful personality to help me out!! I will only come here from now on! The whole staff was exceptionally sweet especially for me coming in a half hour before closing with this many packages half not even fully labeled yet! Thank you SO much!! Get Michelle a raise!!! 5stars!!

On Tuesday (3/17) in the evening, I opened a Missing Package report online, and I received a voicemail message the following morning from Dennis from this Post Office. He collaborated with me in finding the package and returning it to the sender. It was a very positive experience with the USPS, and I would recommend any locals to visit this location for your USPS business.

TL;DR version: Through a Missing Package report, I can say the staff is very helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate to ask them for help!

When a package I had ordered didn't show up in my mailbox like the tracking number had said it would be, I called the hightstown office and was immediately helped. I was distressed because the package contained a dress that I had ordered to wear out for my birthday in it and I was worried it would be gone for forever. But then, incomes my hero from the post office who drove over to my apartment complex even though it wasn't his route and checked every mailbox for me. When it didn't turn up I was so sad, and asked if we could check the apartment complex across the street from me. And there it was, in the wrong box. Even though my mail got delivered to the wrong place I could not believe the kindness of this one worker who went above and beyond to help me find my missing item.

Jim resolved my issue within a day!! He was so personable and super nice and was determined to figure out my problem. Amazing job!!

5 stars for my small town post office! Nicely decorated and a comfortable place to visit, they're super efficient, helpful to the inexperienced and often have a nice comment to share. I consider myself lucky to have them!

The folks at this post office are always helpful. I send packages about 4 times a month. I hope the USPS pays them well! :D

I ship and receive a lot of priority mail and have had no issues with deliveries or staff. Im also very friendly, because you know, “do onto others” and all...

I don't know why this place has 2.5 stars. Freddie was extremely personable, helpful and just plain nice. Thinking of moving to Hightstown now! 😃

Very convienant. Supplies for mailing packages or other items, are right there in the lobby. Surfaces to write. Cards, tape, boxes, envelopes, etc. The staff has always been professional, with a smile.
