I recently acquired a truck from Hillsboro Ford. My sales representative, Seth, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and support throughout the entire process, both before and after the sale. The sales manager, Christian, also provided outstanding assistance and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. Leanne and the service department efficiently and effectively completed all necessary preparations for the truck, enabling me to take it home promptly. Rebecca, the finance manager, diligently worked to structure the deal and made every effort to streamline the process.

Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge the body shop for their swift installation of the plow, which turned out to be an amazing and super clean install. I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.

Although this transaction presented certain complexities and challenges, the team at Hillsboro Ford persevered and ensured that every aspect was meticulously addressed and resolved.

Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation to Joe in the parts department for his valuable guidance in selecting the appropriate setup for the amber strobe lights.

Wife and I buy a lot of new cars 12 in the last 9 years to be exact, we get bored easily. I must say my experience at Hillsboro Ford was by far the best. Extremely friendly staff, absolute lowest prices and quick process. I have lived in Hillsboro for many years and always pass this dealership by figuring small town small dealership so must be over priced and not worth dealing with, how wrong I have been this place is a hidden gem if you are in the market for a new Ford. We stumbled upon Hillsboro after stopping at a ford dealership about 30 miles away. We thank our lucky stars. The other one was such a nightmare and wasn’t expecting anything better a Hillsboro…dealerships are dealerships. But we sat down with Seth
and then Christian the sales manager, and ended with Becky the financial department. Left there feeling so grateful! It was actually a pleasant experience.

Hillsboro Ford prices their vehicles fairly and offer great customer service. Seth, my salesperson was excellent and shared my enthusiasm for my used Ford Bronco. The vehicle was fantastic and in perfect condition, everything I was looking for. The financial department made everything easy, buying from MA, all the paperwork was provided making it easy to go the RMV.

Hillsboro Ford is a professional, honest, and comfortable dealership to do business with. My sales representative was responsive to email and phone calls, kept me up to date on my ordered vehicle, and made me feel extremely comfortable and happy about my purchase. The sale manager was also always available to take my call or answer questions via email.

Service review, not sales. In my opinion Travis McClure is the best service advisor at any dealer I've ever been to. Professional and honest! I had issues he resolved for me with consideration and care. I can't recommend highly enough. After many years of dealing with car service people, dealers and independent, these last two visits were the best experience I've ever had.❤❤ Communicate what you want, need clearly, they will take great care of you! We have purchased cars from Hillsboro for years. They are our “go to” dealership because we have been able to purchase both new and reliable used cars at a great price. We already knew the sales team was amazing. We live rather far away from Hillsboro and we had an issue with our car that another dealership (that was closer to home) was not able to diagnose. The service department at Hillsboro diagnosed and completed the repairs efficiently. We haven’t had a problem since. The folks there are knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend.

We cannot say enough about the team at Hillsboro Ford and what they do for their customers. We just bought our 4th vehicle through them and as always the entire process was honest, thorough and extremely pleasant. My salesperson Mark was extremely diligent during this purchase as this vehicle was a special order and he continued to keep me in the loop as the vehicle made it's way to Hillsboro. Becky was great to work with on the financial side and went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted in the payment range we wanted. Dennis, as he's done with all of the vehicles we've bought there, took some time to chat with us and ensure everything went as we had hoped as he is constantly striving to make the dealership better.

Even though I have not had to do anything service related with my new car, all three of my other vehicles are regularly serviced at Hillsboro Ford as well and the entire service team are great to work with. They are always flexible with their scheduling and on more than one occasion have done things to save us money, not attempt to charge us more like I've had with other dealerships in my past.

My mother and I traveled 3.5 hours South for her to purchase a used-car from this dealership after she reached out to David Wood online for the BOTTOM LINE, out the door numbers for this vehicle. When we arrived, everything went as advertised, no funny business! Becky, the Finance Manager, was able to find my mom a better rate than her pre-approval and she took the time to answer all my mom's questions! Purchased/ordered a maverick from here way back in September 2022, it finally arrived yesterday 4/21/23 The thing about the maverick is it's in such high demand, that a lot of dealers are doing some pretty scummy things to make extra profit that I won't get into it here, but the information is out there. There was also a site set up that people could add to that listed when a car was sold over msrp/at msrp or could comment about any other shady practices. I checked it and saw hillsboro ford wasn't listed as gauging customers on that site, so I went 40 minutes out of my way to place my order with them. I worked with Christian from sales and Lena to finance. They were both great from start to finish. If I happen to purchase another ford, or someone I know wants to purchase a ford vehicle, I'll be referring them here as opposed to the ford dealer in Manchester or the ones in other towns closer. It was worth the extra time on the drive.

Sales team was incredibly friendly. Reasonable used pricing, also reasonable trade-in valuation. An extreme difference from the usual used car experience. Will be back when it's time for another truck!
