Rincon Méxicano Restaurant

I found this place a few weeks back and have made multiple stops since then. The food is always delicious and the service is fast and friendly. The Owners are wonderful wonderful people who take great pride in their work. Definitely my new favorite Mexican restaurant in the area

Amazing little restaurant had the carne asada platter and it was amazing. The portions are fantastic the food was hot flavorful and delicious. I would recommend visiting and will be coming back soon.

I was weary to grab to go from here due to its side, but its food is DELICIOUS, and the dining room is comfortable and staff all very nice!

We got enchiladas, burritos, tacos, and the corn was extremely good (though I admittedly had to wipe off a bit of whatever it was caked in).

Gave it 5 stars because this is a hidden gem in my neighborhood, and if you live around here, you really need to give them a try. Your only regret may by eating too fast :)

Absolutely love this place! The food is amazing! When you can get it, get the guacamole. It’s the best I have ever had. Everyone is always super nice and there is never a long wait! Highly recommend!!

Best tacos ever! I loved how they show that it's their pleasure to serve their food. They were worried I would tip over my food for having too many bags to carry to my car and they helped me to bring them to my car. This is my new taco place.
Note: The Suadero tacos are amazing! I could only find them in Chicago but now I have found a real hidden treasure 🥹

I ate Enchiladas with Red Sauce and a pastor taco today. Both were delicious. My go to for fast and tasty Mexican food in Inver Grove Heights!

Delicious authentic Mexican eats in this hole-in-the-wall, Mom and Pop restaurant! The tinga sopes were delicious and my SO's gordita was as well. We got beans, rice and chips on the side (recommended, all very good). The hot sauce was amazing - their own recipe, smoky and not super-hot but very flavorful. We ate it all! We always try to find small, locally-owned places like this whenever we go out for lunch. This one's worth the drive! NOTE: They aren't open on Saturdays.

Recently was taken to this place and I am lucky I don't live too close or I would be here everyday 😂. The tacos were delicious, and I was so so happy they had several vegetarian options! Their veggie chorizo is very flavorful, and I am excited to come back and try more things on the menu soon. The service was also very wonderful, they were kind and patient.

Amazing enchiladas love that they have additional sauces to put on top to get the amount of spicy you want! Overall great food

First time there, oh what I've been missing. Very friendly, great food and I will be back often. UPDATE we have been here many time now and it is still very good. One of the best!!!

Great value, quick service, delicious food. I like it significantly better than the other place just up the street. Bigger menu with better prices. Their lunch taco combo platter is where it is at. I plan to try their Chile relleno next

We stopped in to support a locally owned business on Cinco de Mayo. I had the carne asada plate, My wife ordered a gordita with chicken. Both were excellent. The portions looked good, Nice to have some authentic food nearby. This is order and pay at the counter, mostly a take out place, but does have 5 or 6 tables.

This food is magical! Super fresh and authentic. Had a taco platter with three vegan chorizo potato tacos, rice and beans. Everything was delicious. Rice was perfectly cooked, beans were well seasoned and the tacos were hot and fresh. Can’t wait to go back!

Their menu is great, prices are reasonable, service is friendly and they have myriad options for vegetarians/vegans (including vegetarian chorizo and beef). This is the kind of place that makes horchata fresh, not from a powder. Fantastic local Mexican restaurant!

Food is authentic and delicious! Staff is very friendly. We order rice and beans for my one year old daughter but she wanted my "beef broth" and they were nice enough to give us a free small bowl of broth for her... The place is small but very clean. Overall my experience here was excellent. I would label this place as a great carryout!

I love that this place is very local and has a great food variety. I don’t eat meat so it was a pleasant surprise to see that they have meat alternatives (soy meat and chorizo). The fried plantains were delicious too!

Got some chicken fajitas to go - I could tell it was going to be amazing just based on the smell on the drive home. And it was! Absolutely delicious food!
