Helpful and kind staff.

Showed up for a scheduled vaccine appt, only to stand in a long line and eventually learn that they didn't have the staff available to handle the pharmacy and do vaccinations. They didn't bother to actually cancel the appointment until the following day. Very frustrating.

Made an appointment for a vaccine, waited 90 min past when I was scheduled to be seen, and still couldn’t get in. If you are unable to keep up with scheduled appointments, either staff your pharmacy appropriately or don’t even offer walk ins.

They appear to be short staffed. We’ve experienced this on 3 different occasions. Customers for prescriptions, etc in same line with vaccinations. I would highly recommend another place.

Completely understaffed. Line is always an hour at a minimum; they can’t answer phones; find another pharmacy until they get staffing figured out.

As usual, a 20-30 minute line to pick up a prescription refill.

I’m writing this still in line. Have been here 20 minutes already.
