The hotel was very clean. Love having the keurig coffee available all the time, in the lobby. We sat out on the back patio, which overlooks the river. Nice… the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. I would stay there again!!!!

Wonderful and unique. Beautifully renovated and restored 19th century building. Nice simple breakfast in the morning with good coffee. A very special place in a special little town.

Beautiful older hotel, lots of history, under new ownership. Open for reservations spring of 2024.

This hotel was absolutely adorable! Great location in the heart of downtown Lanesboro. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Trish was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a great place to spend time in while visiting Lanesboro! Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have the fireplace during the cool nights. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was so quiet. We slept so well. Trish, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. She had so many tips and suggestions about what to see, where to go, and where to eat. She was like an ambassador for the town. We'll be back!

Trish was amazing!! She made us feel like we were at home. We were on our way home and became stranded near the area due to heavy rain on our Harley. And thankfully Trish had a room for us to stay in. She was very hospitable. The accommodations were very pleasing. We highly recommend staying here. P.S Breakfast the next morning was amazing!!!

We met the owner as we were packing up to leave. She was so gracious & friendly & gave us the history of the building (it's on the national historic register) & also recommendationson where to eat. Our room was very clean & had a smart TV that I was easily able to use my own Netflix account & it automatically signed me out the next day. We had a great experience!

Rooms are quiet and dark. Great water pressure in the shower. Water is hot—hot enough to get a great shave, and the sink stopper actually works. Wonderful outdoor balconies. Only complaint I have is the breakfast food was a bit too sweet.

This establishment is so nice. The rooms are small, but have exactly what you need. Each room has a full size bed, a chair, a small writing desk, lots of lamps, a fireplace and a 3 piece bathroom. Since it is a bed and breakfast, they offer breakfast in the morning from 8am until 9am. We had banana pecan French toast and sausage Saturday and pancakes and sausage on Sunday. The food was amazing! The inn itself is always locked and the inn keepers give you the pass code, and each room locks with its own key. Coffee is always available, and on Saturday night, they had chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies available for the taking. Those were so yummy! The check out time is 11am, which is great because we were in no rush to leave. I would highly recommend this place, and we'll definitely be back!

Trish was awesome and super supportive. Very clean rooms, liked our room was overlooking the river and bridge. Location is ideal, close to everything, especially the Ice cream across the street!

We've stayed here a few times, it used to be known as Mrs Bs. Right on the river and a step away from the bike trail. Recently updated. Trish is the owner and she will make sure your stay is wonderful.

Such a nice stay we had. Rooms are clean and have that personality you'd never find in a chain hotel. Would highly recommend.

Very cool place. I have never stayed at a B&B before and I would come back again. Nice rooms and your own bath room. The only thing I feel some people might not like is there is no t.v. but staying in a beautiful town like Lanesboro will keep you busy outside. I would recommend this place to anyone.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Oldest Inn in Lanesboro, beautiful rooms right on the river and main street, just a few feet from the bike trail, a block from the Theatre. Not too "foo-foo", classy, great beds (I have a bad back, so picky on this.) Will definitely stay again!

Best of the best in Lanesboro! Great rooms, not too frilly/not too indiatrial, location is exceptional (only location downtown on the Root River), great hostess...there if needed, but unobtrusive and full of info about the area...5 stars + 😁

Great place to stay, clean, easy self check in. Right next to everything. The only downside was the bed was really soft.
