Needed a simple replacement thermal switch to fix a fan issue, walked in and left a few min later with the part. 75% less expensive than the identical part of Amazon. Great customer service!

My wife and I moved into a new home last year with a somewhat old fireplace insert. It wasn't working this fall so I finally called someone and had it serviced. Chad the service tech was extremely helpful and went over and above what I expected. He fixed the fireplace really quickly without trying to replace anything unnecesaary he polished the glass, added some glowing embers, cleaned the outside and waited around to confirm the fireplace would stay on. I will gladly use them again.
