Food here was great!! 👍 Our server was also great! Can never go wrong for an appetizer the Chicken Wonton Tacos and then the Whisky Bacon Burger for the main course!!! Applebee's is always a great place to go for good food and to hang out with Friends and families!! 🍔🍟👍

I have been so disappointed in dining out lately but Monday night I was so pleasantly surprised I had to do this review! After an afternoon of errands and getting tired and crabby we popped into Shakopee Applebees for dinner. Our service was outstanding, I’m really sorry to not have checked on our waiters name but I think it might have been Alejandro? At any rate his service, attitude, attentiveness, attention to detail, timing was so appreciated! I don’t remember having that level of service for a long time. Very talented young man! And the 6 oz steaks, broccoli and potatoes were prepared nicely, the appetizer wings were hot, plenty of sauce, very juicy. Very pleasant evening out for my husband and I. Applebee's in Shakopee is in a convenient location. I used the curbside to pick up a meal for us. This is the first time I have been to this location. We got a couple of burgers, fries and boneless wings. They were prepared perfectly and exactly as we ordered per request and changes. All the food was deliciously yummy!! 😋

Kenny was a terrific server apple bees should give him a bonus or a raise for a great job he’s doing. Definitely will come back and request him for a server.

My mom and I both had Covid and we decided to get food delivered for a little pick me up. They sent the order through DoorDash and unfortunately some items were missing. She called and spoke to the manager Lena who spent over an hour trying to get the situation resolved with DoorDash on our behalf. When this didn’t work she sent one of her employees to hand deliver it us with a free dessert. Excellent customer service!

The broccoli was overcooked. Served mushy rather than ardent. Chicken and mash were good. The server was nice.

Since September, I have gone to Applebee's every week to watch the Vikings game and eat. The Staff has become like family, greeting me warmly and checking in to find out the score.

The food is reasonable for the quality and its consistent delicious taste. If you live in the Carver or Scott County area, I highly recommend this Applebee's for their excellent cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere and genuine Customer Service!

You definately get what you paid for when you eat here. With a wide array of meals and sides/appetizers, it's hard not to buy the whole thing! We got the $27 and $24 food bundles and they each come with two meals and an appetizers. The waitress was very kind in helping us decide what to eat and making sure the food was right for us. Overall, this is a great restaurant to eat with family at. (The photo is the three cheese chicken penne.)

Great food served in a decent amount of time. Our server was super friendly & accommodated our every want/need. The rest of the staff was helpful & friendly as well. The joint was hoping for a Tuesday night during this Covid time!

I have been here a couple of times with my husband, son and mom, both times the service was exceptional! Our last visit, our waiter Luke was super attentive, answered all of our question, and got our complicated order perfect without messing it up (taking into consideration that my husband does not like any vegetables and I do) Luke and Lina (manager) have made us feel welcome and at home. Definitely going back there and hoping they are there to receive a great service again.

Overall, great service and the food was great. Kids loved their tenders and chicken Alfredo. My wife enjoyed her shimp bowl and I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. All of it was quite good. The restaurant was clean, we were quickly seated and our server was great. Can't ask for much more!
