This was my second time I needed the services of the repair crew, for a different problem… , as before , the Tech was very professional and courteous . I would recommend their services at anytime to anyone who was in need . As a small business owner myself , I appreciated they are a local and family owned business.

Very knowledgeable and up front with repairs and costs. Our refrigerator was not cooling and they were the first company to answer/return any phone calls. The appointment was painless, we were shown the issue with the failure, unfortunately being over 10 years old the repair was out of the question, and was offered to purchase a new refrigerator through Ace at a fair price, with a 2 year warranty. Removal and installation was simple also, provided by Ace. Was given a fair priced coupon that knocked off a little bit of the cost to. We are very pleased with Ace. Thanks for the excellent service

Great professional company with very fast response time. Requested service online and within 15 minutes received a phone call to set up an appointment that day. Arrived at the scheduled time and fixed our dryer. If we have any future appliance issues we will be using Ace again.

I left a service request on their website and was called back in a timely manner. They had the appointment day and time open that I asked for. Brian called on the day of and asked if he could come a little early which was perfect. He arrived when he said he would and got right to business. He diagnosed the problem, had the needed part on the truck and had the dryer working within an hour. He took my money with a smile, told me about the Ace protection plan (which I plan to take) and left with a thank you.

Our washing machine was not draining properly. The technician was very helpful and informative. He worked quickly and discovered it was simply a clogged drain. He made sure to keep the clog in case there was anything (jewelry or hair pieces) that I wanted to recover. Payment was quick and simple. The technician even gave me some tips on how to properly operate a front load washer for better use in the future.

Fast, professional service that got the job done. Will absolutely use Ace again if the need arises.

My drain pump on my washer had gone out while doing laundry. I called Ace and they picked up the phone right away. To my surprise someone was available the same night! To surprise me even more, I had a call to come within 1 hour of calling them. He came, diagnosed the problem and even had the part on hand. Washer was fixed within 45min. Awesome service, professional, fast, price was not bad. I will definitely call Ace for any future issues!

After a power outage our refrigerator wasn't working correctly. I gave Ace a call and they came out the next day. Our part was a unique one that needed repair and the service tech was open and honest about what needed to be done. I will definitely call Ace in the future if I need another repair.

Service tech Brian was very professional and courteous when he was repairing my gas dryer. After I explained to him what my dryer was doing, he took it apart and diagnosed the problem right away. From the time Brian arrived until the time he left was probably around a half-hour, and that included doing the repair. I've used the services of Ace Appliance in the past, and I will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair.

My call for service was answered promptly, within 5 minutes. The call taker was courteous and very helpful. The technician arrived within the time frame he said he would and was very professional in his diagnosis of my issue. Although he did not have the part needed that day to repair my refrigerator, he ordered the part and had it in a few days. The same technician came back to my house and finished the repair. All in all, I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

The Ace technician (Kraig) was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Quickly diagnosed the problem, identified the solution and made the repair. Contacted Ace Appliance for dishwasher repair service. Scheduled a date & time. Then was surprised to receive a call from the service tech that he was ahead of schedule and could make an earlier time. That was refreshing. After review the pump assembly was the cause. Estimating 2-3 days as it was unavailable from stock.
Again they surprised me with a replacement the very next day. However after replacement that assembly leaked. Again a possible 2-3 day wait.
Yet another surprise when the very next day the tech called with a new pump assembly in hand. This time all things came together in perfect harmony.
I am very pleased with the efforts and service of the Ace Appliance Team and their commitment to go above and beyond.

Service tech (can’t remember name) called and asked if he could come early. He was polite, friendly, and quick. I Can’t speak to the price because I’ve never had to deal w/this issue. I wasn’t shocked though. I believe I was treated fairly. I will definitely call Ace Appliance again.

Service tech was very professional and courteous when he was repairing our refrigerator. After I explained to him what my refrigerator was doing, he took it apart and diagnosed the problem right away. Great, very helpful and fast when our fridge stopped working. Mike was very nice.

I thought I needed a new start button switch for my dryer however after the tech opened the back panel he discovered it was a broken plastic piece on the panel itself and could not find a compatible replacement for the GE model I owned. So unfortunately it could not be repaired. Had to pay for the service call but I was informed of such when I called, so no surprise there. He was on time, even a bit early, knowledgeable and professional in every way. Good communication from all staff.

My washer was starting to make some new noises so I called Ace to have someone come out and do an assessment on the issue. I have never called any kind of appliance repair business before so I am glad that I went with Ace. The technician was was friendly, honest, and helpful with any questions I threw at him. And I think the cost of the service call wasn't bad at all either. I'd absolutely call them again if we needed any of our appliances looked at.

The service technician was not only professional, but knowledgeable. He was 'customer service' oriented and well versed about the microwave. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the problem as well as the procedure to correct the problem. I hope I will not have to use the services again, however, if/when needed, I will be contacting Ace!

Needed service on Refrigerator and called Ace.
My local Appliance Store where I purchased the unit didn't
have a service appt. for 2 weeks out. I contacted Ace and they
came out the next day. Service was great and charge for service
call was less than the local company. I also found out that Ace
also has a service person based out of the Monroe area as well.
I will definitely use Ace in the future.
