Received a custom fishing rod as a gift and called and asked a few questions, very helpful but not always open. Nice quality fishing rods.

The rods and build quality is second to none but the only thing that I could complain about it the cork handles will start to fall apart if you are a professional angler and use them daily.

I recently broke my scheels edition precision noddle. Went on their site to find out they had warranty that covers self inflicted issues. Called up the business and asked if I could drop of my rod in person, they greeted me with, heck yeah, bring it in with the paperwork filled out.

When I got to their site, the gentleman behind the counter greeted me and advise he’ll be with me shortly, because he was dealing with another customer. When my turn came, handed my rod, paperwork, chatted, told me he’ll go look to see if they have a replacement ready, 2 mins later he comes out with the same exact rod. (By now I’m super happy because I didn’t have to wait for one to be built).

We chatted while he was processing my warranty, shared our fishing stories.

Bought a nice custom rod for fishing Lake Trout. Ordering was simple online and shipping was free and fast. Rod was packaged well and arrived safe and undamaged.

I ordered my first TUCR last September before ice in. I went with the 36' noodle for perch and crappie fishing. This rod is magical with the way the tip helps you detect the smallest bite. I love it I ended up giving my spring bobbers away to other anglers on the ice. Because with this noodle rod you really don't need them. It really made me A more effective pan fisherman because not only. Can you feel your jig better but you can also visually see the bite in the rod tip. It's amazing what an extremely high quality rod can do for you. Not to mention the prices are very fair I've also ordered a Commander for this year. Northerners and Lakers look out I'm coming for ya lol solid 5 star product and company highly recommend.

I'm starting my second ice season with the Precision Noodle Ice Rod I bought at the beginning of last year's ice season. Awesome pan fish rod! The Admiral is my purchase for this season and I'm looking forward to trying it out on Sebago Lake Maine Lakers.
