Royal India Grocery

I’m happy we finally have an Indian store in the area, now I don’t have to make long drives for few items. They have a lot more stuff than when they first opened. Sweet family, good service. I got lots of groceries from here.

Was greeted by a gentleman that assisted me with a very long list of items. They have a large selection of spices, oils, grains, vinegars, concentrated pastes, frozen and fresh items. He made excellent recommendations how to use the products. Great place. Will visit again.

Royal India Grocery is a charming little shop that I think has the potential to become a staple stop in my grocery shopping routine. I'd recommend making it your first stop, but don't expect it to be your only. It opened pretty recently so does not have everything, but it certainly has a good volume of the essentials covered.

Definitely plan to audit your spice cabinet before you stop in. They have a great selection of spices and I liked how there were different quantities available so you can grab your go to's in bulk.

The gentleman working there was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised that when the attendant saw I had grabbed some frozen idli he pointed out they actually had fresh, homemade idli in to go containers! It was delicious and I'm glad he made the recommendation.

It's always a great opportunity to shop a local small business! I look forward to returning as they expand their offerings. Welcome to Blaine, Royal India!

We just discovered this store. It's an absolute gem! The man that was there was very friendly, and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend this store, and we are indeed coming back.

The owner is very courteous and is always looking for feedback to add new items to the inventory. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the selection of fresh zabiha halal meat is outstanding, fresh Indian vegetables and the top-notch customer support truly made our shopping trip a fantastic experience. This is my new favorite indian grocery store! Highly recommend.

I recently moved here from Los Angeles, and I was so excited to find that Royal India was opening last weekend right near our home. The family who runs this grocery store are all so very lovely and friendly - you can tell they put all their hearts into this business. Very kind and hospitable folks. The highlight for me was the prepared food - I tried the chicken biryani and it seriously blew me away!! Some of the best biryani I've ever had outside of Devon Avenue in Chicago. I know the food choices will keep changing, but I'm hoping to get some more of that biryani soon!!

Cannot overstate how grateful I am to have this brand-new Indian grocery in our community! It's a small mom & pop shop that just opened late this June & they are still working on expanding their inventory, but they already have a fantastic selection of spices, sweets, frozen meals and dry/canned goods (lovely chutneys, pickles, a good variety of daal and rice) that will keep me happily fed for a long while. Friendly staff, great food, very convenient location next to our neighborhood Cub (the north suburbs are seriously a bit of a food desert when it comes to south asian grocers, I'm so happy to not have to drive half an hour for garam masala anymore 😅). Stop by and support this small business if you get a chance, you won't regret it!

Quality Grocery for pacific south asian/ pakistani/ indian food.

I haven't been to this store but do know the owners ...I have no doubt that they will have nothing but good quality stuff and love them. Congrats again.
