T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

We’ve always had T-mobile. Long story short my battery gave out in the middle of the night. The previous store (Telegraph location) we went to put the protection plan under the wrong phone number. Back and forth to the store/ customer service etc. my husband took my phone to this location and said he had the best service he’s had in a while. Mario and Alex took their time to explain everything to him, and get me a brand new phone. They were such a huge help and we can’t thank them enough!! We will exclusively go to this location from now on. Thank you for going above and beyond. It’s appreciated more than you know.

Anyone looking for home internet needs to this store and ask for Alx (no "e" in his name). Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Help us with Home Internet and it is wonderful and reasonably priced. No need for Spectrum when we have TMobile!!!

I had what might be the very best customer service ever during my visit to the store tonight!!! David and John were both working. David worked with me for over an hour going over different items and different ways of managing my service to get me the absolute best deals possible. He was very competent and friendly. He even noticed in my account that I had the older model wifi router and got me set up with the most recent model. (I am quite happy with T-mobile wifi by the way). John was also helpful as I had a few questions that required a little extra effort to find out the answers. I was grateful no one was in line behind me but I have no doubt even if there had been that David would have still given the same time and effort without making me feel rushed. I will certainly return to this location in the future for any of my T-Mobile needs!!! I highly recommend you make them your store of choice too!

If you're thinking of switching to T Mobile, go see David! He is outstanding! I wasn't able to call my mom's cell phone & noone including my previous cell phone provider (verizon) could figure out why. David fixed the problem for us. He definitely knows what he's doing and you can tell he cares about his customers! 5 stars to you David! Thank you again!!!

Went to the store, looking to purchase a phone and maybe looking to get a watch.
I had an amazing experience with David, Matt & Alex. They were super outgoing, and fun to work with. There wasn’t a moment me and my boyfriend weren’t laughing.
Possibly one of best visits I’ve made to a phone store before.

If anyone goes here please see David . Very out going and even if there's 20 people in the store he is always helping multiple people at once. Very smart guy always looks at your bill and try to save you money before selling you anything! Would recommend him to everyone . You will get a laugh and a good deal. Thanks again . Ask for Alex, he made my whole world so much better!I absolutely love this place. From the first time I stepped in and every time I stepped in, I was treated with friendly, professional service. I even won a car while I was standing at the counter, although the store had nothing to do with it. I bought the new iPhone 12 and was ready to return it because the service was poor. These guys got me set up with a new Sim card, and made sure I was all taken care of. The whole staff here really knows what they’re doing, but particularly Alex. I drive past at least three other Tmobile’s just to go here. No service like great service.

They always have what I am looking for. The Staff is top notch, and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. They have a great selection of everything phone related. I've always been a customer, and always will continue to be one. I'd recommend them to anyone

Have dealt with this store for 8+ years when I haven't just ordered upgrades online. Always friendly, always down to earth. Sometimes a bit slow, but it usually seems like they're dealing with one of those customers that "knows more than them" about repairing their phone or whatever the issue is. Store has always been clean. Never had any issues though.

Great place to deal with for all your cell phone needs. They've always taken care of any issues I've had. The manager John is always on top of his game, good guy to deal with!

Flew in from Myrtle Beach, SC for a family get together. Had a crazy phone issue that I just couldn't figure out. These guys were so patient and helpful through the whole process. Alx was knowledgeable and really made myself & my son laugh even when I was upset about the phone issue. Thank goodness there were good people at this store, or I would have been out of luck during my trip.
