Roughly a month back, my sister and I worked with the Marquette Branch Headquarters to assist with financial document's, etc. after my dad and stepmom passed away within 3 weeks of each other. Megan S., Branch Manager at Headquarters was very helpful and compassionate during this difficult time for our family. Both Marquette branches were outstanding in assisting my sister and I get through this in a rather fast period of time. Kudos to you and your teams!

I am so pleased with Range Bank. I got a voicemail from customer service at Range Bank McClellan branch concerning a “credit trying to post” in my account. After verifying the caller was legit, I called back to resolve the issue with their help. I appreciate the call so I could take action for my peace of mind.

BEWARE!!!

Apparently, this bank is well known for closing accounts on it’s account holders without prior notification for illegitimate reasons! I will no longer recommend Range to anyone. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

wanted to inform myself about opening an account. the person that i spoke to accused me of trying to open the account just to cash a check. so rude. no manners.
