On vacation had the blinker light burn out. Glad to see someplace to pick one up. Marquette actually had 3 parts places to choose from only a few miles from each other.

I was in desperate need of a new battery for my car. This location had what I needed in stock and their technician, Adam, went above and beyond to install it for me on site, free of charge! I was interested in learning about the battery replacement process and Adam took the time to walk me through it step by step. He was very nice and patient and did a thorough job. Thanks Adam!!

After going to 2 other stores, Oreillys and Napa, Mark at advanced auto parts was the only one to help us with our repair. Mark had no hesitation to help, and their customer service is beyond amazing. Will now only be going to them for any parts and help needed!

Brian came out to see how he could help before we could even come inside. His electrical tester showed poor connections at the battery. He helped us fix that without charge and we were on our way on vacation again.

The manager Mark Alexander, and an associate Adam were both extremely helpful with my vehicles problems, went above and beyond with assisting, and even answered quite a few questions I had about engine parts and functioning, with reasonable, helpful reccomendations. They even called local stores and assisted me in finding a part I needed to help me get back on the important roadtrip faster. Both were very personable, professional and welcoming,

There are many instances where auto related stores you get negative experiences, especially as a woman. But never once had that at an Advanced auto, very happy with my decision to stick with this company as a customer. Absolutely recommend this location! Thanks guys!

Always helpful, informative, polite and quick. Adam and Mike made my day today . Had some issues with my battery terminal. Someone who serviced it recently put the wrong nut on . Car would cut off randomly and not start on occasion. They solved of a 3 month problem in 10 minutes.

Mark is awesome!!! He ordered the parts I needed for my daughter's car and took care of me. After I called Auto Zone and they tried charging me almost $200 MORE and they wanted the money up front. Mark made this transaction smooth and called me when something unexpected happened with the delivery. I was able to borrow the tools I needed to do a brake job in a Kohl's parking lot. Always real friendly and helpful to me

I live down state, and my thermostat on my ford focus decided it wanted to start having issues. Me and my sister were helped by a very nice gentleman. We left with everything we needed. Wish I would of gotten his name. Thank you so much for being so patient and kind. Keep up the great work. If I ever need anything again, I will make sure I come there.

We came to Marquette for a trip to celebrate our daughter's last day of first grade. Day 2 & we got pulled over for a blown brake light. I know brake light replacement isn't a free service Advanced Auto typically offers... But Mark jumped to help when we told him we were from out-of-state & didn't know where to go. He was offered a tip as well but wouldn't take it. Said he was just happy to help us! 💖

We had to stop in after scrapping the windshield washer sprayer piece off the hood accidentally while trying to clear off the ice. They staff were friendly and helpful. Ron put up with me coming in and out several times as we realized we needed a couple more items to fix the problem. He was very nice and helped us get all the items we needed and allowed us to borrow the needle nose pliers for a few minutes.

Went to the store to make sure they had the part before I ordered online. Lady was very helpful and I processed the online order while taking to her. 3 minutes later I was walking out the door with my part. Great service. Friendly representatives. Will continue to use advance Auto for my auto parts needs in the future.

I have my husband's truck and the driver's wiper broke and went flying. Unsure if the broken piece required more than a simple blade replacement,I came here. The y were helpful and even installed it for me. Great service!

I’ve been to all the auto part stores in the area many times and this is by far the best! The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Quick and easy, in and out!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. One time an employee even came outside in a crazy wind storm to change my battery. Another time when one of my windshield wipers broke during a snowstorm they took care of me too. I always come here.

Great experience at this local Advance Auto parts. The person who helped us, Caleb, was quick, thorough and knowledgeable. Very thankful to have someone at a store happy to help us so near closing time!

This is the only place I will go in Marquette for auto parts. I had my halfshaft u joint go out and we couldn't press a new one in by our own sheer will and determination. So, we go to rent a press. The only thing was that we didn't have room on our card to do it. So, Dave let us do it in the store. However, the yoke was bent and couldn't fit it in, so Dave told us how to fix it and sent us to Menards to get the ready rod and nuts to stretch it out. After we got back he helped us stretch it and used the back room of the store to do it. After it was still not fitting in, he helped us fix the other various issues and helped us press it in. Dave charged us nothing for his hours of help and I just want the world to know how great of a guy he is. 10/10 will visit again.

Had the batteries I needed in stock ready to go for my camper and quad I always choose Advanced over Autozone and OOO Orieleys

Not sure I’ve ever had better customer service in my life. Shoutout to the staff, I believe Mark was the one who helped me!
