First off, thank you for helping my son with his vehicle. He couldn't have broken down in a better place. Not only did you fit him in without notice or an appointment, you had him back on the road in a few hours. His transmission cooling line broke, and I thought for sure I'd be making a 6 hour trip to help him. Also, thank you for allowing the tow truck driver to bill your facility, and then add that to the final bill. Incredible service and I'll be remembering your shop for any future repairs. Thanks again!!

It feels good to have a mechanic shop you can trust ... And that's what you get here!! Week's after i have my vehicle they always give me a call and check in with me to make sure every thing is still good which i think is awesome.

I go here for general maintenance on my vehicles. The staff is knowledgeable and charismatic. They usually have a pot of coffee on. Prices are fair and the service is good.

Unfortunately they couldn't diagnose the issue with our car. That said, they took it on very short notice, let us keep it there while we waited to figure out how to get it back, and they didn't try to sell us fixes or up charge anything. Though I am not from the area, I would certainly recommend them for at least being honest and understanding.

My son’s car needed an exhaust system replaced. Eric and Phil got his estimate done promptly and the work done the next day and the final price was actually less than the estimate.

Highly recommend them for auto service!!

This is my second time dealing with these guys who treated me with a lot of respect and patience great price and didn't attempt to overcharge me like other places I went to

They were the only shop near Marquette able to get me in on Monday even though they were busy already. The whole time I was there they were kind and hospitable, giving me updates every step of the way about my complicated car issue as well as fixing other things for me. They were never condescending, as I often experience at other auto shops. They were able to fix my issue with several hours of work and even though I had to tow my car there, the overall cost was less than I expected! Above and beyond. Thank you heritage motors!

Everytime I go here, I am greeted with very friendly people which is always nice. The atmosphere is clean. But all of that aside, they are reasonable. If I don't need something done to the vehicle, they will out right give me that option. They don't tell me NOT to do it and they don't push it on me TO do it. They simply present it as an option and present their reasonings behind each option. The technician will come and talk with you along with the front desk staff. You can tell it is a team environment.
Lutey's has been around long enough and has a good enough reputation to be well-trusted in the community.

Thanks to the staff here for always giving good service and fair prices. I had company this week from out of state whose car needed an oil change and had a few other issues with their car. It was taken care of. Thanks for providing great service for my family.

Excellent Customer service, my car broke down while i was out of town and they went FAR ABOVE and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Calling around to multiple dealerships and parts places to get the part and someone working through their lunch and break to get us back on the road!! AMAZING!!!

My brakes went out on a Friday afternoon and before the end of the day I was able to make an appointment for the following Monday morning! My brakes were looked at First thing Monday morning and finished before noon. The service department called before working on my vehicle and gave me a lower price quote than I expected. When finished they called with an even lower total which made made my day!

These guys were so helpful and kind after my van broke down over 6 hours from home. They tried to fix the problem and when they couldn't, they were extremely accommodating. I'm hoping to never be back but if I were in the area and needed them, I would go back in a heart beat!!

They always do a great job fixing my vehicle quickly. Prices are very reasonable and the waiting room is comfortable. Very happy with every visit I've had!

I have been going here for some time now for maintenance and have been very please. They get the problems fixed the first time and their prices are less then the major garages. Also, who can argue with a $19.95 oil change and that includes a free car wash.
