Very happy to have had Nikki and Ciji help with a BIG issue we are having. We ordered glass doors back in November and it was not delivered yet and it is the 20th of January. Thank you for your help and we hope it will be resolved soon... The door was paid for and almost $1,000. Ready for Lowe's to deliver it

What I love about Lowes: they have everything Menards has (Memards happens to be one of my favorite stores) but...they ALSO match price with Menards, give you the same 11% off rebate, give you a 10% military discount AND give you front row parking as a veteran. Outstanding!

They had everything that I was looking for in one stop. I’m redoing my bathroom and the website was very easy to get what I needed.

Needed a pretty specific 3 way motor switch to replace in my ceiling fan. Asked first employee and they directed me right to them.

Usually a Menards guy (I’m cheap) but Lowe’s has higher quality goods for the most part. Went to get a significant amount of paint on Sunday around noon (4/24/22) for my new cabin and the two guys at the paint counter were super helpful. Very personable, professional, and patient. Went out of the way to help me get the right amount for a good price. Give these guys a raise!

Lowe's in this location is well kept. I like that the location of items isn't rearranged sporadically. It's always easier to find what your looking for when the location isn't randomly changed. The personnel are helpful but not "over eager". This is a positive. All you need to do is ask an available (stress on available) employee and they will stop stocking shelves or doing inventory. If they can't answer your questions they will contact someone with more experience. It has been my experience that their dimensional lumber is above average quality. The cost may be slightly higher but if you have ever had to pick through a stack of warped wood the difference in time saved is worth it.

We had a great experience with Rob from the electric department! I typically don’t bother with reviews but I have to say, Rob really went above and beyond with helping us cut our wire, hunting down a missing item on the shelf, looking for wire tools and helping us find all the conduit connections. Super friendly and incredibly helpful. I don’t know if anyone in management reads these reviews but, if they do, I want you to know you have a rockstar of an employee. That was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you!

It was my first time actually being in this Lowe's but I thoroughly enjoyed it and very organized very all the shelves for front and face in full and the employees actually seem like they cared if I find what I needed

Unlike some other home improvement, big box stores, you. If you can find a person working, they are very very helpful. Sometimes staffing levels are too low and it can be hard to find an employee on the floor. I just called the front desk from my phone inside the store and ask them for help. I spend thousands of dollars here every year. Working on my house. Much prefer it to the other big box home improvement store in town

Had everything we needed in stock. I had fun looking at the Christmas and Halloween decor. The only thing I wanted that I couldn't get was a Diet Coke but Lowes is sponsored by Pepsi. The extra downside to that is they didn't even have Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. Other than that everything was perfect.

We went from Hancock, MI to The Home Depot in Iron Mountain for appliances. The website said they were in stock so we rented a trailer and headed out. Upon arrival we found they don't actually stock anything and the quantity on the website is from the central warehouse. So, we called Lowe's and spoke to Seth. He went through what we wanted vs what was available. We headed to MQT and picked them up. He loaded them on our trailer and we headed home. What we ended up with was better quality for less money. The service was quick and excellent. Thanks very much to Seth and Lowe's Marquette!

It's a Lowe's right? All my staff interactions at this store have been great. They know their stuff and where to find it. The store is clean and well laid out. The parking lot also has a Burger King, so I can get straight back to work on my project-of-the-day.

I always enjoy my trips to Marquette Lowes. The people working in this store are always helpful and seem to truly like working there. The young man who loaded up my 6 bags of mulch had a smile on his face and a positive attitude. While walking around the store I was asked 3 times if I needed help. Amazing!

I was in the store to get materials to complete a project I had started and didn't know how to finish. I had a salesperson named Wes and he was just excellent. He gave me suggestions to make the project easier . I appreciate good service and he is definitely one best of the best in customer service. Thank you Wes.

Lowes Window Department

I have only great things to say about our experience with Lowe's and the window department. Sean, who took over about a year ago was so efficient, honest, informative, and professional. We had several quotes from different businesses in the area for replacing old windows. This was a huge investment for us. Sean at Lowe's came the next day, was able to give me a quote on the spot, in writing. He also had products with him to show us. He worked very well with our budget, and our goals. After not hearing back from our other quotes for over 2 weeks it was clear to go with Lowe's.

The windows we ordered ended up being on back order. As soon as Sean found out he called and informed me. This pushed the installation into winter. Once they arrived they fit us in immediately. The installation crew went way above my expectations. They were here for about 9 hours, and took ONE break, which was lunch. They were so professional, and kind, and patient as I have a dog and two young kids at home. They were respectful of the house, and contained their work area. They even worked around a nap schedule for my kids as their windows were being done. They shoveled outside where they were working, and kept both outside and in spotless. Our old windows and set up gave them a bit of a problem, but they worked until it was perfection down to the millimeter during installation. We have an over friendly dog, and they were patient and enjoyed having him around.

I can go on and on with examples of the excellent customer service, professionalism, and knowledge Sean also came the day of installation to make sure everything was running smoothly and he included me in any minor decision in installation. After our first experience, we ordered another window for the bathroom. The crew installed it within a few ours, on a cold, winter day.

Everything from beginning to end was exceptional. Sean asked what we were looking for and our budget and worked with us to meet our needs in cost and an efficient product. I will continue to use them in the future for windows and other products.
