Friendly bankers here, but there is NO drive-up ATM. I was late for work because I had to use the tube instead... (I owed a coworker money for dinner the day prior) What could've taken 5 minutes took 10. I should've just ran inside to use the ATM in the doorway, but what if I had to go after closing??

The Huntington bank in Marquette Michigan could not have been less helpful. Aside from their cocky service… Snickering, and just answering, “there’s nothing we can do,” they didn’t even let me explain the situation other than the fact that, yes, I was directed to a bank in a city where a Huntington bank does not even exist.
I drove three hours to get to a Huntington bank only to be told they couldn’t honor the check because I was two days late. I thought smaller cities are supposed to have friendlier and more helpful service.

The tellers are good once you get to work with them. There telephone number does not get you to an actual person in the local branch any time I have tried calling. Calling and using the customer service numbers is a joke because they never appropriately follow through with what they say they are going to do. I took them over a year to get something done that should have only taken a matter of days. Very unhappy with Huntington Bank as a whole.

Huntington Bank left us cold here in Delta County. Not even an ATM for us to use, no forwarding numbers etc. just left at the curbside. I know there were many members and most feel as I do. I was first with D&N then as it changed hands I stayed loyal. Huntington closed the bank on Ludington Street and moved to the new Meijers store. Now this! I’ll be shopping for a new bank. I have to drive over 140 miles round trip to do business with them. Not going to happen much longer.

Huntington bank messed up my direct deposit making my life about 10000 times worse and then, would not do anything to make the situation better. I have been with Huntington for over 12 years but I will now be closing my account. The man that "helped" me was nice but unable to do anything due to beauracratic garbage. If the mistake is your fault, and I have documentation proving it was your fault, it's up to you to make it right. I understand human error, but just fix the situation. They have failed me.

We have been waiting in the drive through to make a deposit for over 5 minutes. I got asked about a third party check that I cashed for someone like they've never heard of it. In total a deposit took 9 minutes.

Absolutely the worst bank to deal with, they make it damn near impossible to do anything unless you're physically there. Along with having to call a 1800 number to handle anything
