Right when you walk in you feel so relaxed and welcome! The office itself is so beautiful and such a fun place to be. Everyone is so friendly as well as well versed in all their services! They are all so helpful and happy to give guidance when I asked questions. All the services are reasonably priced and the ladies are very helpful up front with any payment questions you may have as well. I can’t wait to come back!

Amy is my injector and she is phenomenal. She has trained all over the world and is simply a genius. I’ve also seen Terry, Tina, Kirsti, Jess and Jane. All of the ladies are amazing and will make you look and feel like a celebrity. I am so thankful for this team and the services they provide.

Got a lip flip done by Abby. She was very informative about the procedure and very nice. Everything went great and only took a couple of minutes!

I have never felt compelled to take the time to leave a review before but my experience with LS+B was so positive that I knew almost immediately that I’d be writing a review. Further— I do not know anyone in their office personally so this is a completely unbiased review.

I had my first appointment on 11/10/2021. Jessica assisted me when I walked in and she was warm and welcoming, helpful and prompt— really just lovely in every way. My appointment was booked with Terry for some dermal filler. She was absolutely wonderful the moment she walked into the room. She too made me feel welcome. She took the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of the procedure she’d be doing that day. She treated me with care and courtesy and made it abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was at the top of their list (just after patient safety). A month after the appointment, I revisited their office to go over my results with Terry to ensure that I was indeed fully happy with them. She made a few adjustments and added a bit more filler to even out the overall results just to make sure that I loved them. Honestly, I left there ecstatic. I left there knowing I’d be a lifelong client.

This is a relaxing environment and the services are outstanding. Customer service is top notch. Terri Letts and her team know how to provide stellar skin care services. Cindi is very professional and knowledgeable. I also never feel pressured to purchase anything. They simply provide the information I ask for and I appreciate that. When you are spending money on skincare, you want the best and to be treated likewise, that is why I go to Lakeshore and have used their services through out the years since they opened.

This was my first Hydra Facial experience and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Upon entering the spa room and being given an overview, I was set at ease with both the ambience and Kirsti. The Hydra Facial was so relaxing and my skin still feels amazing and is glowing the next morning! Highly recommend
