I listed an off-grid camp in Marquette through Northern Michigan Land Brokers with Bob Sullivan as the broker. The camp was miles off paved public roads with challenging access. There were also title issues to contend with and I don't live in the U.P. Bob and his colleagues worked through all this and I was surprised by how many potential buyers they attracted. In the end, I received a full price and Bob's team managed the closing on my behalf as I could not attend. I was thoroughly pleased and impressed by their professionalism and the strict attention to detail.
