Dr Palomaki and her team are kind, caring, personable and professional. They are very conscious of your time and do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend her services.

I can't recommend Dr.Palomaki and her crew enough!! I had called regarding an emergency situation on a Saturday morning and Dr.Palomaki responded to my call very quickly with advice on what to do. She was able to get me in immediately on their next business day. As someone who struggles with tons of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, Dr.Palomaki and her assistant Ann, did a wonderful job of calming my nerves and making me feel very comfortable.
They are all so kind, gentle, and helpful!

Have had such wonderful experiences with Dr Palomaki and her team. They really listen to you, understand that a dentists office can be a very scary space, and help to calm your nerves. They believe me when I say something hurts, and they won’t carry on unless you give the green light. Very lucky to be her patient.

Very good experience here! I was looking for someone that could fit me in after havin extreme pain from getting two cavities filled in my home town the week prior, which was 6 hours away. The 7 other dentists I had tried in the area and stated it was an emergency shot me down, where this office was able to get me in in an hour after I called. Staff were extremely nice, and were able to help find what the reason for my pain was and fix it. Very appreciative of this place and would definitely return!

In and out quickly, with a friendly staff and quality care. Penny is the best hygienist, she made me feel at easy right away and has motivated me to do my very best when caring for my teeth! Her attention to detail and expertise is greatly appreciated. Dr.Palomaki is an excellent dentist, who makes me feel at easy by sharing a little something about her family and answers any questions may have. Overall a place I recommend and plan to continue to take my family to for our dental care needs.

The nicest dental staff I have ever encountered. It had been years since id received a cleaning and the staff never once made me feel guilty or bad about that. They walked me through each step as they worked and made sure I was comfortable the entire cleaning. I left with the biggest smile on my face and I can't wait to recommend Dr. Palomaki and her staff to anyone in need. They also immediately set me up for a 6 month cleaning so I won't be having any more gaps in my cleaning.

Our whole family has been very happy with Lower Harbor Family Dental. From the time you walk through the door, you will feel welcomed and cared for. The front staff, hygienists, and Dr. Palomaki greet you with a smile and are timely, friendly and competent. We have a daughter who had to teeth pulled and had great anxiety about the dentist. Dr. Palomaki not only did a great job, but was very kind and gentle with her. Throughout the pandemic, they did a fantastic job keeping their office open while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
