Sports Rack Marquette

Fantastic experience! Coming from out of town for a race I had a mishap with my bike in transit. These guys responded on the event site the night it happend and was able to get me right in and things taken care of in under a couple hours. You guys saved the polar roll event for me, than you very much!

Plenty of bikes and accessories available. Evan was a great salesman who guided my purchase of some really nice bikepacking bags. Great service and super friendly!!!

A+ across the board! There are a lot of great bike/CX ski shops out there. Somewhere there really is a best local shop. I like to believe this one is the best because it's my local shop, despite many other great local shops. Your local shop may actually be the best but this one will not disappoint.

Experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my Ibis Ripmo from them and the entire staff was AWESOME.....bike build was spot on....they were very helpful and accommodating. Will always stop at ‘The Rack’ when in town....would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Will continue to take my business and money to Sports Rack. They have been so helpful to my son. Shipped his new skis to Lansing when he couldn't make it to Mqt to pick them up then went out of their way to assist with a warranty issue when those skis broke. Fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They will do right by you and will become your only bike and ski shop.

All of my questions were answered, additional information was given, and there was awesome discounts on protective gear when purchasing a bike. Additionally, there were lots of "if this happens/something goes wrong come see us well take care of it."

A couple days before the Crusher 175, I had a major mechanical. None of my local shops downstate had the part I needed. I resigned myself to riding my girlfriend's old bike, but then Ben from Sports Rack reached out on Facebook and said they had it.

The day before the race, I left at 0500 and drove up to Marquette, where Evan and the rest of the crew got me rolling in time. Thank you, Sports Rack, for helping me out in a time of urgent need.

Bought a bike rack from this store and was amazed at the super friendly customer service. Josh was super knowledgeable about what would work on our vehicle and helped us with the challenging install, to the point of crawling under our vehicle to get us hooked up appropriately! Awesome job guys, will be recommending this shop to our friends!

This place is exactly what a local bike shop should be. I popped in while on a trip up to Marquette from New Orleans and even though I just bought a couple of their energy syrup things (which are awesome) they spent a ton of time telling me about awesome places to ride my gravel bike around here. If I didn’t already have a bike packing setup I loved I would definitely have gone through these folks given their awesome inventory. Definitely check it out if you’re in town.

We had a great experience at Sports Rack. I rented a fat bike and the guys in the shop were so generous with their time and expertise. They trued a wheel for my husband and set me up with an excellent pair of gloves. I highly recommend this local bike shop. We’ll definitely be back for more adventures on our bikes and we’ll make a point to give Sports Rack our business.

It was above freezing but drizzling rain and my hands froze to the handlebars so I stopped in for some gloves. Staff was excellent: extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Focus is on fat bikes and they know their stuff. Small but curated selection of bike packing gear and tools. I’d trust their recommendations and I trust them to work on my bike, which is very high praise.

Great place for skis and ski equipment. Friendly no pressure staff who are truly looking out for you and your fun/enjoyment/comfort. What they tell you they stand by and follow through.

Rented bike there for a day and the guys took the time to put my saddle and pedals on and actually adjusted everything to make sure bike fit perfectly. They were also extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the area. I've rented bikes in a lot of places but this was my best experience. Keep up the good work guys!

We rented fat bikes and had a great experience. Evan suggested routes based on our experience level, and due to holiday hours, offered to meet us for bike return, after the shop closed, so we could have more riding time! Above and beyond! Much appreciated. We will be back!

My earliest memories of this bike shop are from when I was in the single digets, wishing I had enough cans to return to land a sweet bmx bike like the ones they let me ride (almost daily). Now my kids got a Sports Rack bike of his own and time and time again this shop wins me over. I have bought bikes and parts, had service done and just visited many times now and cant speak highly enough of the parts, selection, employees (they dont skimp on quality and the staff is no exception- even the owner is easily one of my favorite people). If you’re up in the yoop, scoping out the town once listed on a world renowned list of coolest places to bike- visit this shop, its rad!

Fantastic service and knowledgeable. Had some shifting issue's. Called to see what kind of availability they had. Said to just bring it in and they would take a look. Had it in there 10 minutes later. Diagonosed and replaced the parts within 15 minutes and I was out the door. Fast and fair. Highly Recommend.

When I finally decided it was time to have my skis stone-ground, I lloked for a shop with an excellent reputation and within driving distance.
That shop was the Sports Rack in Marquette. I can't say enough about the job Rick Bagley. Two pair were very old and badly gouged. Another shop said there wasn't enough base left to grind them. Rick said no problem. I had five pair done and hot boxed. When I scraped off the wax I was simply amazed. Only problem is I don't have any rocks skis anymore. Super job Rick!!

Excellent service! Had my ski binding fixed, learned all about proper waxing techniques, and had friendly conversation with the owner. This was the first time we'd ever visited the store - we'll definitely be back!

Bought a great set of pedals, staff was the best I have encountered at any bike shop.
I live 4 hours away and will only bring my bike here for service even though there a handful of bike shops within 30 miles of my house.
