Whether I am in person or over the phone the employees are always willing to help and are super nice doing it! Especially today Emily C, Shaylin M, and Makayla K all worked together to help solve my ridiculous technology and rewards issues!

While in the area for a few days, I decided that I would check around and see if I could get a spiral perm done. I've been needing to get it done for quite some time now but... Work life has been crazy and months just keep going. I checked multiple reviews for different salons and many do not provide perm services. I wasn't holding my breath to get an appointment. Perms are rather time consuming.. However, a woman from a salon recommended Abby from Ulta Beauty. Low and behold, last day in town and with astounding luck, Abby became available and I was able to get my spiral perm and haircut done!! Yay!!
Abby is very fast must say and her work is truly astonishing!! She's very sociable, personable, friendly, outgoing, and has a great personality. I walked away feeling very impressed by her and the beautiful art she created with my hair! I highly recommend Abby and I will definitely be seeing her for my hair care needs the next time I'm in Marquette!! And, I will look forward to our conversation 😊!

Abby in the salon is amazing. Took my 50yo head of hair and brought the curls and volume from my 20s back to life. She was patient with all my questions and explained everything as she went. Highly suggest anyone who is frustrated with curly hair changes that come with age, hormones (menopause 😅), etc., head up to Ulta and talk with Abby.

I am very inexperienced in the world of makeup. The store manager was extremely helpful! She was so nice, patient, knowledgeable, and informative. She and her team even played with my two year old so I could check out easier. I was incredibly impressed.

Decided it was time for a new cologne and the service manager, Shaylin helped me find one that I love. Gave great advice and insight on skin care and face routines as well! Later made an appointment for a haircut and Abby did an amazing job getting me what I wanted, even though I didn’t explain it very well at all!

Went there looking for face wash and got the best service from Shaylin. She pointed me in the right direction and gave be the best advice. Loving my new skin routine! I will definitely ask for her help again

Went in to find a new mascara and ended up having Shaylin helping me. She did a great job with recommendations and providing a good service! Definitely will be back!

Oh my God! Best experience ever at a salon!
Before I went to Ulta, a few months ago I went to a “reputable” stylist to get my hair dyed for the very first time, well long story short she completely botched my hair and damaged it to no end. I went to Ulta and Dawn fixed me up good! She completely saved my hair! She is literally amazing at her craft and I will be going back for all my hair care needs.

This was my first visit to this location. The customer service was excellent! I found everything I was looking for and more. I will definitely be back. I wish I could remember the gal's name that helped me choose the correct shade of foundation and lip color. She was so patient and very knowledgeable.

Molli did my hair and it is AMAZING!
Great conversation had by all, even got to get up while I processed to stretch and have her educate me on what to use to maintain the color.
I got a new hair tool which she also showed me how to use it and style it at home!

The rest of the girls alway have new favorite items to show and always have a smile and are so friendly.

Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wholesome salon visit. My favorite place to go!

I'm not the best at pictures...my hair has never looked better. Abby at ulta is the best with color, extensions, and all hair related techniques. The ladies at Ulta are very helpful!

We went there on Sunday August 14, mid afternoon, whatever staff was there was probably some of the best staff I’ve witnessed at an ulta! They were very helpful and extremely friendly, very positive experience.

Love their wide variety of products, friendly and helpful staff, and decent prices.

I love this store...I can always find what I need in the beauty products line, always can find a gift for men, women and children. Staff here is attentive and knowledgeable on their products, a very clean store, just plain awesome store. They have a great promotion all the time and you can save money. Also, a great online store too.

Workers have been super helpful every time I've been here. They're not overwhelmingly in-your-face like some beauty stores. Much love.

I love this ulta location :) everyone is so nice & cute & helpful!!! they have a great selection & one worker helped me pick out some super pigmented blush that i am in love with 🌈 everyone who works here seems sweet & helpful & i always end up spending way too much money lol

The staff was friendly and helpful. I went and 9 am and it was not crowded. There is a Benefit Brow Bar and they carry lots of products like Japonesque, Dry Bar and BH Cosmetics that I wasn’t sure if they would have in store. I even got MAC Strobe Cream but I think that was their only MAC product. They were missing LA Girl, Estée Lauder and Cover FX. Those brands I had planned on purchasing based on the Ulta I usually shop at but this one did not have them. The store was clean. The layout was different than I’m used to but I like it.

This is my new favorite place to get my hair done and to get all of my beauty supplies from! I've always been impressed with the service and prices and overall atmosphere. And the points system is awesome!
