Hampton Inn & Suites Lansing West

This hotel is awesome we Explained to the desk clerk that we were traveling and if we could check into the room early because we had just checked out of the comfort inn up the road and we had a terrible time there and the rooms were very dirty and she told us yes and when we got there she took us to see the room and told us that the other room would be ready by 3pm . The rooms were Immaculate.
And the other room we needed was ready. When stated and also immaculated, the breakfast was awesome. The staff is very friendly and awesome.
The hotel is very quiet. Very clean on the outside nicely landscaped, Very safe. Very convenient location.
Lots of restaurants around definite or staying. Definitely will stay here again And will refer everyone to stay Here.

After having to leave Ramada Inn by Wyndham from right down the road bc of issues, I left them a lengthy review and a 1 Star ( Go check it out if you want too) and to the Hampton Inn & Suites in Lansing literally maybe 1/4 mile away. Experience here absolutely amazing. Front desk lady was very kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub was warm and clean. Kids loved it. Room was nice and clean. Location right of the highway. Great place if you have kids and are traveling during winter and want to do some swimming!

Haven’t gotten the chance to stay at this Hampton but it is the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen. So picturesque! Awesome location, tons of nearby food and drinks

The room was really nice. Staff was very friendly. One person I have to mention was Gale. This woman was on the move the whole time. I seen other employees during my stay here who just sat at the front. Did nothing. For breakfast I let one lady know she was out of orange juice and it seemed to bother her that she had to work. But not Gale! This woman was cleaning and moving and you could just tell she loved her job and her character was beautiful. I would come stay here again just to see Gale! I hope this company sees what a wonderful employee they have and treats her right! She deserves to be recognized and a raise for making the experience 1000/10.

Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We got in really late and had issues with our reservation but Gail (at the desk) was so pleasant and took care of the issue quickly. We'd definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and bed wasn’t bad at all. Gail went above and beyond to ensure a good guest experience for multiple people while I was there. She interacts well with everyone and does her best to ensure a positive experience for all! Would definitely stay here again due to her!

This hotel is lovely!! Stayed on the 7th Floor. Extremely quiet. Pool was wonderful, just the right temperature. Note, their jacuzzi is inop right now. Word has it they are redoing it soon.

Diane is nice, she went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant every host should conduct business the way she does!!!💯

Our group was wonderfully surprised at the great care we received from the time we checked in on Friday evening until the time we checked out on Sunday morning. Ms. Gail was her lovely self greeting everyone with a smile while showing her co-worker how to check guests in. Also, the young man that kept our breakfast fresh and available, was very personable and polite. He made our experience great! We plan to return.

There was a miscommunication on what room we would be getting. Niki, the manager took care of the issue right away and was very accommodating for my family and made the situation right! Excellent communication throughout the whole process!
Connor at the front desk was also very nice and great with the kids when we checked in! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and amenities!

Great place to stay, very friendly staff. Open space next to lobby was relaxing.

Could not be happier with our stay. Had a big group and lots of kids. Everyone was so gracious. Patrick went out of his way to organize everything and even cleaned our room and switched sheets when needed. Gail was amazing in the evenings - so accommodating and sweet to the kids. Next door is an amazing market with a beer garden and great pizza and Thai food. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

Stayed during storm and helped Gail at the front counter with power outages. I was treated amazing for two weeks. Laundry was down for remodeling, and they assisted with laundry along with every need I needed. Even stayed at another Hilton with power for two nights and returned to the same great service. Love to see room remodeling, but wouldn't change the team. Gail and the laundry/household team came through immediately after and got my stay back on track. Will be back even though there's a Hilton Garden across the way.

Great hotel. Clean. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with the usual eggs, meat, breads, juice. Area and parking lot appear safe, next to police station. Staff super friendly. Has pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry access. Next door is a couple restaurants and coffee. Good location in West Lansing.

The staff here were nice and the rooms were clean. Security was sufficient as well. The property is also located near plenty of stores, etc.

Fantastic experience! Our family recently spent one night at this Hampton and have a wonderful stay. The hotel was extremely well together, very clean, and the staff extremely hospitable. Our stay was made special by Kelly, Who seemed to work wear many hats and all of them well. She checked us in with a personal touch, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and was immediately available for any and all requests throughout our stay. She has a wonderful personality, is caring and genuine in her approach, and made us and many other guests feel special. We highly recommend this location and we hope you get to interact with Kelly!

1st off, I would like to say that I have high standards when it comes to where I pay to lay my head. I look at every picture, review and website before I decide. However, I was in a hurry when booking here so I came in without any knowledge of the place other than it had the pool and hot tub we were looking for... Anyways, I must say that I am so glad I didn't read the reviews before booking bc I would have been mislead and missed out on a EXCELLENT HOTEL & GREAT STAY! The rooms are nice & clean. The king bed was comfy! My son stayed on the sofa bed and he had no complaints. We also got to enjoy the complimentary breakfast! And that was amazing! There was lots to choose from! An actual hot breakfast! (Since covid, a lot of places I stayed at previously, only offered muffins or pastries.) Overall, I am so happy with our stay and DEFINITELY plan to stay here EVERY TIME! Pools nice, rooms great, staff are friendly and just an overall great experience. THANK YOU HAMPTON INN & STAFF FOR THE AWESOME STAY!
