Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Love Phil and this whole place. Y’all should ramen it from “Bob’s discount furniture” to “Phil’s discount furniture”. He was just so nice and welcoming. He discussed the Lion’s season with us, which mattress firmness and option we may like, as well as warranty and pricing.
This store was set up much better than other furniture stores. I was able to walk through with ease, test out many mattresses, and figured out my pricing budget without the need of a worker.
We will be purchasing our furniture this weekend and hope to come back again soon for some more in our life-long journey.

From the moment we walked in the store to our pickup yesterday, we’ve been nothing but pleased with Bob’s Discount Furniture. Kye gave our family privacy to look and consider all of our options but was around to answer all of our questions when needed. We did not feel pressured or overwhelmed during our time in the store, AT ALL! Even our interaction with the store manager was good. Then during pickup the staff member (cannot recall his name, sorry!) was SO friendly, efficient, and helpful in loading our couch.

The coffee, ice cream, and candy were a plus! 🍬

In a world where I feel we no longer have many expectations for service, we were pleasantly surprised from start to finish. The staff here deserve the ACKNOWLEDGMENT! We thank and appreciate you all. We will be back!!

I have shopped at Bob's several times and am so impressed with the people here. They take the time to be sure you are getting exactly what you want and with such care, respect and just an all around great experience. Jada was exceptional to work with. I will definitely shop here again!!!

My experience at Bob's furniture was great. Joseph took his time to show and explain everything to me and the purchase process went seamlessly. It was truly a great shopping experience. The furniture is good quality and I would highly recommend Bob's. They also have a great protection plan.

Chris greeted us at the door, explained a few highlights of the store, and left us to browse freely. I appreciate that he didn't hover. He was available for questions and helpful with my purchase.

We had a very positive experience here. The sales staff were available and helpful, giving the store a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Joseph was exceptional, sharing his knowledge and guiding us through our research without any pressure, but answering all our questions with ease and confidence. Follow up was open ended and helpful in nature, and once our final decision was made, the purchase and delivery went smoothly. Great warranty option and price. Will visit Bob’s again.

No pressure, knowledgeable, and helpful sales and management. It was quick, easy, painless. They have beautiful options that are high quality for a low price!

I went to 5 different furniture store. Ian, who helped me was amazing. My experience at the other stores where was less than ideal. 1 store I was hounded and followed around the whole time by 2! Sales associates. At another store where the man was so arrogant it was annoying. He had never heard of the term chofa before and laughed while making fun of other stores.
Ian was amazing. He led me to an area I had asked about and then let me brose alone when he noticed me stopping to look at a piece more closely he would come by, tell me any unique features about what I was looking at and then walk away again. When I came back later with my husband to make purchase he immediately greeted us enthusiastically remembering me from before. Ian was awesome. Friendly approachable and not a stalker. 10/10

Ian was great; super knowledgeable and not pushy. We ended up going a couple different times before purchasing and he was kind.
We don’t have the furniture yet, based on our schedule not theirs, but we’re excited to get it.

Joseph was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, as was the manager. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want. It was a very pleasant shopping experience, and I won't hesitate to go back for anything else I may need.

Jeremiah was super cool. We walked in and told him what we wanted and he definitely delivered. It was a very smooth and quick experience. There was no pressure that you sometimes get with salesman.

We went in a few times to look around and were impressed!!! They have a beautiful selection of furniture. I just ordered my first sectional from them so we’ll see hopefully it lasts longer than some of these other places!!! They have a great warranty coverage for five years…. Garret and the financing ladies stayed late to get me all wrapped up. I truly appreciate it.!!

We bought the brown sectional but in the grey color of the other two couches pictured! Jennifer was the one who helped us, she was lovely and gave us our space to walk around until we decided on one! Fast shipping too, it will be here in 10 days delivered to our home and set up for us!

My experience was exceptional! Ms. Jada was very informative, it was apparent that she wasn't interested in just a sales, she was interested in my needs as a customer. Everyone in the Lansing store is what customer service is all about.

We were greeted when we entered the store. A sales associate directed us to the recliners and sectional sofas we were interested in. We were able to shop and no pressure to buy. Good store, lots of choices. Happy with our purchase but disappointed that it will take a few weeks before it’s delivered.

The person who helped me was amazing! Not pushy not overwhelming! I got new furniture I’ve been waiting to find what I wanted I walked in and found it! He also showed me diff options of how I could do things and I am happy as can be! We went back the next week to pick out tables and also found an amazing rug! Those will be here soon! Very happy with the service!! Very happy with our furniture and their “white glove service” set everything up took care of all trash and very nice guys! 10/10

Great experience. I have purchased from here twice. Both times were excellent. My sales professional Kye took the time to find out what I wanted and gave me excellent options for what I was looking for. I will be in to purchase again soon.

Had a very nice experience at Bob's yesterday. Salesman met us at the door, asked how he could help and spent a lot of time showing and answering any questions. Will definitely shop there again.
