Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lansing West

Unfortunately got displaced due to frozen exploded pipes and ended up coming here for the night. Dorris and Tisha were absolutely amazing and their customer service was top notch. Tina was an absolute huge help when I needed some help with luggage and invoicing. She went above and beyond. The room was cozy and warm and the amenities were bountiful. Breakfast was lovely. Wonderful people working here, which are unfortunately hard to come by these days. The customer service always needs to match the product and here, it does, and it shines.

We live in the area but needed accommodations after a housing emergency. The staff were exceptional. Dorris was friendly and so welcoming when coming to breakfast. Tisha was wonderful as well. They heard it was my birthday and gathered the staff and sang Happy Birthday at breakfast. Tina was fabulous and so accomodating. Definitely will recommend! They went above and beyond!

The hotel is a older facility and is well maintained and has been remodeled. The hotel is clean and well managed. The breakfast bar is well stocked with multiple food options.

I want to say that from the time you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness and respect from the front desk staff tisha. The breakfast was amazing. Diana puts alot of love and care in her work and it shows. Thank you all for an amazing stay

Had a wonderful stay Lucy the head housekeeper was very pleasant and on top of everything, clean towels sheets and room!! The dining room attendant Diana was extremely nice and made sure everything was hot and fresh!

I stayed at this Fairfield on a business trip and couldn't have been happier to stay here. Fast, efficient check in and a very simple check out process. Definitely recommend this location.

My husband and I made a last minute reservation due to a personal emergency. When I arrived I was very frazzled and emotional.

The staff here is incredibly kind, patient and empathetic. My check in was seamless and was met with a smile and encouraging words. It’s not often you get to connect on a human level and it was so nice to experience that here.

Our room was incredibly clean and the entire hotel reflected that.

I would recommend this hotel and will be back next time I visit Lansing.

We had a very relaxing and great experience here. Skye, at the front desk, was particularly helpful and kind.

She mentioned that the hotel is due for a refresh and had gotten delayed by COVID. This is evident with the condition of some of the carpet but everything was extremely clean.

The first thing I always look at in a hotel to see how serious the maintenance and cleaning staff take their duties is the caulk in the bathroom. It's not super easy to maintain and it's a pain to change but it makes all the difference.

The caulk in our bath was in perfect condition: no mildew, no broken sections, just well- maintained. The rooms were very spotless and the hotel was super quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome stay! I was having a hypoglycemic event in the middle of the night and the person at the desk got some orange juice and a muffin that raised my sugar back up again. That really made me feel great that they would go the extra mile! 😃😃😃😃😃

Great hotel. Simple, which is nice. The service was phenomenal, and the room was cozy. The drain did get clogged when we were there but they were quick to fix it. I felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Jim at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He went out his way to make sure we were comfortable, he even called us on the room phone to make sure our room was to our liking. Breakfast spread was pretty good, they even provided it earlier than usual because of the lacrosse tournament. The pool was nice, there is a fitness center as well as a laundry room. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area again this place would be our first choice!!!

The front desk guy must've realized we had 3 people, so he switched our room to 2 queen beds instead of the 1 king my mom bought online. We didn't have to ask, he just did it. The beds are very comfy and the rooms and entire hotel were clean and nice.

The front desk attendant, Dawn, was very courteous and helpful. My room was clean, and well maintained by Samantha. Unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance during my stay, but all other facilities seemed to be great. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it. Also, the convenience of being walking distance to two nice restaurants was definitely enjoyed!

The rooms are clean, staff is super friendly, they have a really good breakfast spread to include soy milk and veggie options. 10/10

Our high school girls and boys teams stayed here foe our regional tournament. The facility was beyond accommodating. Brendan, the clerk on duty, didn't mind if our kids were a little loud. He also spoke with them on their bowling. Our teams invited him to come out to see them bowl. To our delight he did! Thank you foe making our kids day!

It is such a pleasure to stay here. Right off, this hotel is very clean, pretty and in a nice location. The service-oriented staff is friendly and comfortable to be around. There are added touches with the indoor pool, jacuzzi and free breakfast. It was a relaxing stay for us. I highly recommend!

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning was effective. Not a lot of noise transfer from the hallway or other rooms. About the only thing about noise I can comment on is that you could hear other people flush their toilets or run their taps. But that wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep. Overall a very good experience.

I love it here. The staff is beyond kind. I wish there were a few upgrades to the rooms. Breakfast is great!
