Bittersweet of Cheboygan

I hate this place!! I cannot walk in and get out without buying something! Great selections of salsa, sauces and oils. Then all the fun decorative stuff. Fun cards for friends with a sense of humor. Staff is fun and friendly. Don't forget to get your pretzels and bar cheese to take to the brewery down the street.

I the absolute pleasure of stopping by Bittersweet during my trip downtown today! They have an AMAZING variety of gift for just about any occasion for any member of your friends and family!! I was shopping for a birthday gift/houswarming gift for a family member and the ladies were so very kind as to wrap the gift up for me AND added a bow on top! They don't always have time to go the whole 9 yards they said, but I got lucky today! I will be stopping here regularly for all my upcoming birthday/holiday/event gifting needs! 🎁

One of my favorite stores ever. Great snacks for yourself or for gifting, amazing balsamic vinegar (I didn't know I cared about balsamic vinegar until I went to this store), and unique US-made and Michigan-made kitchen gadgets and home decor. You should definitely visit this store!

A beautiful little place full of all sorts of goodies (literally!!). While picking up a Cowboy Cookie the size of a small platter I ended up getting a stunning necklace made of pearl and lapis. I also fell in love with a piece of whimsy metal yard art that I will have to get on my next visit! If you haven't stopped in, you should. It is a true treasure!

What a great experience. I went in to Bittersweet for a gift basket and couldn't believe how great the service was. I was pressed for time and everyone was so helpful in getting it prepared and looking nice. The price was right, the service exceptional and the ambience was Northern Michigan all the way. I would highly recommend Bittersweet for gifts, chocolates and a fun time.

When I was there she said there was a way I could order these products online? I miss them so much if there is a way please let me know I will buy them for myself in southern Michigan. I love to call and have them build up a custom gift basket for my family who live near by for the holidays, best most unique 🍬and selection in town.

Bittersweet is a wonderful gift shop in downtown Cheboygan. The salsas and jams are terrific. There are fine vinegars, cheese spreads, gourmet treats, and more. Baby gifts, kitchen gifts and local apparel. Great place.
