I have stayed here many times. My room was clean, and they do a good job at accommodating any special needs. The free breakfast has many choices to convert different diets.

My son and I stayed at your property 12/14-16/23 while attending my Grandson's MSU graduation. At breakfast on Friday an older couple came in and very loudly complained about everything, saying the food was "worse than a third world country ". A little later I went to the Front Desk for a piece of paper and there they were again. He was upset that a particular door to the pool was locked at night (for security purposes). He threatened to post his complaints on every social media. He noticed me waiting my turn but kept up his rant.
I am writing this to commend Raquel who handled him with patience and professionalism. She is a delight and you are blessed to have her as the first person most of your guests encounter.

Ramada Conference Center worked extremely well for a gathering of 150 with 75 rooms booked at the hotel. Banquet meals for two evenings were very well appointed with exceptional service and, due to the layout of the hotel, the spacious hallways and meeting areas were more than we had hoped for. The facility is undergoing renovation, but this did not interfere with the event. Location is superb and our group would most definitely consider using again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times visiting family in town and it’s been great every time. Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff, and reasonable rates. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, many (hot) options. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are all very nice as well. Location-wise, it’s near the highway entrance/exit and near many restaurants, stores, pharmacies etc.

The front desk staff was great. I travel for work often and I would stay here anytime I'm in the area, no question. The WiFi was good, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.

After I left I realized I'd forgotten to take my receipt. I called the hotel and they very quickly emailed me a copy. Thanks!

Clean everywhere, safe, really friendly and helpful employees, convenient.
Large pool, capacity 72.
Good restaurant attached, The Tangy Crab, moderate prices.
Spacious meeting areas with efficient and friendly servers.
Full breakfast in a pleasant dedicated room.
Business area with 2 computers and 3 desks.
Convenience store.
Exercise area.
Game room.
Pretty good WiFi, dropped out a couple of times but fairly fast. We ran 3 laptops, a tablet and 2 phones with no problem in the room. Conference room we had 25 laptops connected and busy at the same time.
During the conference the lunches and dinners were well prepared and served nicely.

When we arrived, the lady behind the counter was helpful and gave us all the directions and information we needed. Pool area was large and loved how they provided tables for those that wanted to eat between swimming. Room had a good set up and overlooked a small garden area which was really nice. My family really enjoyed the stay. We will certainly consider staying again.

Overall Ramada was fine. This location really needs to be restored. The showers are really small and tight. The carpet is from the 1980's. But the service was great and rest of the room was good.

This is an old Holiday Inn (became a Ramada Inn in 2010 or so) and is one of the biggest hotels in Lansing. It hasn’t really been updated and is very old, but it’s kept up well enough as I saw and is clean. Some of the old decor even lends it a certain charm. Huge room and comfy beds, nice big blinds, large pool and arcade room was impressive even though I didn’t use it. MacKenzie, the second shift desk person, was so, so nice and very accommodating with early questions I had. The one problem was that they are still serving a very pathetic COVID breakfast in a bag that contains a granola bar and juice box with optional fruit - that’s it. I’d still come back though. It was a great stay and even with how old it was I felt I got a lot of room, comfort and amenities for a great price.

Hotel and room were clean, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, pool, sauna and hot tub were great, the housekeeping staff was very nice and breakfast was well put together. Beds were clean and comfy, and we had a good nights sleep. The restaurant was also very good with great staff. Will stay again.

Great place, friendly staff. Especially Alicen, Tonya, Racquel and Jeff where always glad to help me out whenever I had an issue. Locked key card in room, getting tech hooked up, ect. Would gladly come back.

We were in town for a couple of days and checked into this place. We’ve been here before, but we were greeted and checked in. At first our keycards wouldn’t unlock our original room. After a few tries, they just decided to give us a different room for the same rate. Awesome customer service skills by the two ladies at the front desk!

Spotless inside and out. Very polite and friendly staff. Pool was huge and hot tub was perfect. Restaurant on-site "Finleys" was delicious and received 15% off for being a guest. Best deal around that area! 100% RECOMMEND!!!

The conference center is attached to Finley's restaurant, which is much easier to spot. There were many smaller rooms and a beautiful ballroom area. The bathrooms were adequate, although there did not seem to be many in the public area. I did not require any services from the employees and cannot rate the hotel area.

The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing at first, lisyeen the first time staff give you directions lol, after a full circle of the first floor, staff happily gave me directions and explained the fire exit doors are to be ignored ... 😄. That helped a lot. Breakfast was hot, well made and staff was helpful and always available.

As someone who deals with PTSD on an moment to moment basis the staff here are amazing individuals who collectively make the ramada a lace of security that rivals those of being at home. I am grateful and thankful especially for the front desk staff who looked out for me in so many ways. There is a man named John who I'm not even sure of his osition but to me was a light in a darkened world. His compassion and love were felt and went directly from my heart to God's ears. Amazing man.

Our stay was very pleasant. Each employee we were in contact with was professional and very helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast was plentiful and good. The only negative is that the parking lot is a bit rough.

During my two week vacation this was the most pet friendly hotel I found. They have a pet court yard which made taking my dogs out after dark made it much safer. Great staff and housekeepers. Really enjoyed my stay there.
