SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lansing

Updated rooms look great! We stayed for a week with our 2 granddaughters.

Thank you to Fatima for helping us with our breakfast the first morning! We wanted to sit outside and she want over and above to take us to the pool patio. :)

Stopped for one night during a road trip. Lobby and rooms were really nice. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and the room was a great price. The elevator made a lot of sketchy noise, but it worked fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super loved this place! The hot tub and breakfast bar are amazing. Very modern looking place with fabulous staff! The room was large and quiet. The oatmeal topping bar was the 🔥

This is my favorite hotel in the area. I travel here often for work and it’s always top notch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Alec (like Baldwin) always greets me at the front desk with a smile. They make me instantly feel welcome. I love coming here! Highly recommended to anyone!!

My stay at SpringHill Suites was excellent! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the room was very clean and in perfect shape. The furniture and bathrooms were brand new and looked amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in the Lansing area.

Right of a stretch close to the highway. There is plenty of food and stores in the area. Really pretty on the inside, and they're renovating rooms right now, so it's getting even better! There is plenty of room in the room, and it's clean. Every now and then, the room card gets demagnetized, but the front desk isn't hesitant to making more. Great staff

Room was clean and comfy. Alec and Katelyn were AMAZING! Staff were incredibly friendly and very informative. Great location! Highly recommend!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The front staff was amazing! She was slammed at 1am with 20 people or more and knew she had another huge group after us, but she was kind, thorough and efficient in getting us to our room!

The staff here are so hospitable! The 24 hours prior to checking in were quite stressful for us, and I said something in conversation during check in. She offered us late check out to sleep in, with no hesitation. The pool is open as well as the fitness area, with time slot sign up sheets to keep families socially distant, and bag breakfast is available. Rooms were clean, water pressure was great, and our view was green. I became a Marriott member by the time we left in hopes that future stays in other areas are just as pleasant.

Hotel room was clean. Felt a little hard to sleep, since I am not used to traveling much, but other than that it was fine. The pools were nice too, and were not too crowded.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and professional. We came in late and he got us taken care of and in our room fast, efficient, and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Kids loved the pool the next day. I loved the hottub. Everyone was happy. Close to resturants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Staff was kind and place was clean. I’ve been to many hotels since the pandemic began. Most hotels are not serving their usual breakfast right now. Most of them will give you a granola bar and sugar filled yogurt at best right now. This Marriott had their entire breakfast open. It was so nice to have that convenience again.

The room was nice. It had a tropical feel. The bed was comfy. I usually have to ask for extra pillows but we had plenty. We stayed as a night away from home just for fun. The hot tub was very hot and I loved it. The pool was not ice cold. We enjoyed ourself. The staff was very nice. They were pleasant to speak to.

This was a very good hotel experience. Very spacious rooms. Bed was VERY comfortable. Bathroom was clean. AC Unit worked great. TV was nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Didn't get a chance to do breakfast because the beds were too comfortable to get out of! Definitely would stay here again.

A+ very clean, pool open with 1-hour slots during covid season, beautiful rooms & hotel is contemporary and upbeat. Customer service is exceptional. Hands down best bang for your buck. I adore the way the staff goes out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The cleaning crew should receive gold stars. The head housekeeper walks all floors at all times and is very kind. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The staff was amazing. Even though I did have a problem, they fixed it immediately. The patio and fire was really nice, and seemed to draw allot of guest out of the rooms and into a social environment other than the bar. My room was as expected of any Marriott spacious and clean. I will defiantly come back if I need to stay I town again.

Stayed recently and the hotel was wonderful! Breakfast was really good and we were just so happy with how clean the room was! Definitely staying again when in town!

I'm writing this review for Michael at the overnight front desk. I would have to say that he's given us the BEST customer service that we've ever had at any hotel, even a five star hotel. We were really impressed at how happy he was and willing to help us with anything to make our stay comfortable. This man needs to be acknowledged in his service. He made our long drive worth while. I hope your management really reads these comments.

Great staff. Andrew and the maintenance guy took care of a problem we had with our key cards entering the room in a timely manor. Awesome hotel. Clean rooms. Highly recommend!
