BIGGBY COFFEE

Not that I want everyone to know lol but this Biggby makes the best bagel sandwiches and their service is quality with a smile and good clean store! 100%

Friendly staff, Drink was great done just right. Had a Redbull Slash Strawberry. First time there. Would go back. I don't drink coffee, but they have alot more then coffee to drink and eat. 👏👏💯

My friends axle broke in the middle of the Hastings biggby and the guy with the tattoos glasses and nice car helped us out big time, figured out what was wrong, and brought us drinks! Best employee award goes to him! I hope he becomes manager if he isn’t already. I love Hastings biggby.

Nice coffeeshop in town. Friendly staff. We really love here at the first time come there.

The baristas were very nice. Very patient with my children who are learning to order things on their own. We got drinks and they were great!

My car literally broke down in there drive thru line and the employee with the tattoos and glasses and super cool car tried his absolute hardest to help me and even offered to call a tow truck. Then he made us, me and my two friends, free lattes and delivered them to us when all we ordered was water. They’re really understaffed right now but the employees still managed to take time out of their day to help. I really appreciate it and I hope y’all get raises immediately. God bless. xoxo

A great place to stop for coffee. The staff are always nice with pleasant attitudes. Particularly, though, one of my nephews is autistic, and he gets to go there and order his own coffee when he has a good week at school. My sister often comments about how much she appreciates how well the staff handles taking his order. Good coffee is one thing, but one can't ignore how much quality of service matters, too.

Very friendly staff who were kind enough to tell us about some local spots to check out while we visited Hastings. Drinks were also very tasty. You have to try the Red Bull slush!

Working at a coffee shop in Iowa, a big highlight in Michigan was this shop; which exceeded fairly high standards regarding Java. The products were excellent, the decor and environment was lively yet tasteful, up to date, and pleasing. Staff were outstanding and I lucked out experiencing it on free shot Friday! Yay bonus espresso!

Will certainly stop here yearly when going to the annual Iron Sharpens Iron men's retreat up there.

The staff this morning was amazing as usual! Devin jaynie Amanda and Angela are always so incredibly awesome, nice and welcoming! I wouldn’t want to go to any other coffee shop!

Great location! Staff has always been cheerful and they always remember to ask if I want an extra shot :-) I haven't been inside yet but I drive through often and have never been disappointed with wait times. Happy to support a regional chain.

Nothing wrong there, but made the mistake of ordering a basic coffee... Terrible. Everything else I can't complain about

My sister ordered an odd combination of their new summer drink. The barrista rolled with the odd request and we were all laughing when we left. This is our favorite Biggby.

Very nice place prompt service. The tea is always good and they are always very kind about my custom orders. They always love to see my dogs and always give us a pup cup.

I had a hot chocolate from the Hastings Biggby on two separate occasions and they tasted heavenly! Best Hot chocolate ever in my opinion :D plus, there's this totally amazing barista that works there and he kinda has my heart :)
